Our 2026 stallions at stud (so far!)
We’re proud to now be offering 6 of the 12 native pony breeds and all top show quality examples for you to choose from and we endeavour to add to this list too for future seasons 🥰

Burley Burberry - 14hh New Forest Stallion. RIHS, HOYS, LIHS finalist including 2nd at HOYS 3x to name only a few of his results. The choice to breed top new forest ponies, show/working hunter ponies and allrounders with exceptional temperaments. £450 AI only

Dunguaire Fionn McCool - 14hh C1 Connemara Stallion (N/N) by th legendary Gwennic. 2nd and 3rd at HOYS WHP, ridden HOYS finalist. The choice to breed jumping connemaras, add bone and working hunter ponies. £500 AI and Natural to fully swabbed well mannered mares.

Rosedale Harry - 14.1hh C1 Connemara Stallion (N/N). Early in his career he already had quite a fan base and is destined for WHP and ridden classes. The choice to breed typey connemaras and any kind of family all rounder. £280 for the first x5 to book in, £400 for later bookings. AI only.

Ringside Fair Game - 14.3hh licensed Welsh D stallion. Also early in his career, he’s from a family of HOYS and Royal Welsh winners and he’s the top choice to add bone, substance, rideablility and sensibility to hot headed mares and breed some cracking allrounders with exceptional temperaments to non-Welsh mares. £280 for the first x5 to book in, £400 for later bookings. AI and natural to fully swabbed well behaved mares.

Lantau Supernova - 13.2hh licensed Welsh C stallion. An absolute dreamboat of a C with the most incredible movement, by the legendary Wyken Rob Roy. RIHS winner and HOYS runner up to name only a few results of his incredible career. The choice to breed a substantial typey C with eyecatching movement or to create a cracking dressage pony. £500 AI only.

Lownthwaite Ribas - 13hh licensed Fell stallion. One of the most consistent jumping fell stallions, he’s well known in the working hunter classes for basically being a legend. Qualifying for HOYS and RIHS in the working hunter classes plus LIHS in the SSADL finals. £450 natural to fully swabbed mares and possibly AI (if enough interest we will train him for AI, so express interest if you would want this)

Mares can usually be accommodated short term but for any natural coverings, walk in is usually preferred.

Plus lots of lovely Welsh D stallions and Connemara stallions available at Broughton stud via AI too including RIHS winner.

What are your goals for 2026?

If, like us, you're getting ready for the forthcoming working hunter show season we've decided to put on a pre-season working hunter course hire with the option of upgrading to a lesson session.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday 21-23rd February. Slots available for booking at the link below and prices are for two ponies per session with warm up and cool down in our outdoor arena for as long as you may need so you can spend the full 30 minutes jumping indoors.

Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th December, we have decided to run indoor working hunter course hire. Slots can be booked via our entry master at the link below.

30 minute slots with up to 2 ponies in each session.
You will be able to warm up and cool down in the outdoor prior to your slot so you can use the whole 30 minutes for jumping indoors if you wish to. Hope that makes sense :)

Outside trainers are welcome or if you would like Georgia's help, just make us aware upon booking by popping on a note expressing interest with your phone number when booking and she will get in touch.

Attention for everybody coming this weekend.

We have SO few entries that we need you to tell us if you intend to come to compete as otherwise classes will be missed.

Saturday; we will currently be starting with class 8, the yearling/2yo large breed m+m in hand at 11am.
Ridden classes are scheduled to start at 1pm but if pre entries get back to me and are able to start earlier, we will crack on and get finished for the day.

Sunday; we will be starting with class 3, the 70cm arena eventing and finishing with class 4, the 80cm arena eventing.

Again, please if you had intentions of entering on the day to compete in any classes, get in touch so we know who to expect.

Thank you to everybody for your shares…it would seem we didn’t choose a popular weekend to run a show 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

14hh New Forest Stallion

Burberry has been here since a foal, and now 9yo, he has proven himself as one of the most consistent new forest pony stallions on the circuit.

A few of his results include 2nd HOYS 2024 and 2nd HOYS 2023, Windsor Champion and various RIHS results as well as having qualified RIHS WHP on his first attempt and completed the course at the final when he was still a complete novice. He is well and truly proven as a flat pony but hasn’t yet had the full opportunity to show what he’s got in the worker ring as I’ve had clients ponies which have taken priority every year. He has schooled courses of up to 1.05m at home 🥰
He has fantastic scope, technique, conformation, movement and temperament ❤️

Available AI only to a limited number of mares this year. £450 NFFR. First come first served 🥰

One of the most consistent working hunter pony stallions on the circuit. A few of his results include 2nd HOYS 2023, 3rd HOYS 2022 and various placings at RIHS as well as too many wins and championships to mention.
He combines scope, technique, conformation, soundness, reliability, temperament and colour into one fantastic little package ❤️
He already has plenty of stock on the ground, all of which are adored and I look forward to welcoming my own foal by him in May with intentions of putting him to two more of my mares once foaled 🥰

Available natural and AI. Walk-in and liveried mares for natural cover welcome up to 15hh.
