Well what a Crufts 2026 for the ladies at Doggy Deli!
My very own Rottweiler (Van aka Rockstarotts Battle Born) doing a hat trick and winning 1st in his class for the third year running!
And Amy from our Kingsbridge shop placed VHC in a large class with her Boston Terrier Brian (Amesboston he's not the messiah) whilst her daughter, Esme with Mavis (Olleyville what a lady) strutted their stuff!
This is why we do what we do and believe in it. We want all dogs to be happy, healthy and on top form ☺️

We've had deliveries out the door the past couple of days! This pile was just the tip of the ice berg!
With payday just a couple of sleeps away we've been stocking up on some of your pooches favourites including some we've not been able to get for ages! ...... and..... lots of NEW, really, really, really great treats!
Look out on the shelves and pick n mix ☺️

Lots of fun to be had in time for Valentines Day and half term! the hearts!

There are TWO ways for you to show love to our local Kingsbridge shops and a chance to win a prize!

💕For families, you can Spot the Hearts – there are hidden hearts in Kingsbridge shop windows. Each heart has a letter. Find them, note the letter and which shop window you spotted it in, and win a prize!

🛍️ And for the grown-ups, take part in the Loyalty Card Prize Draw. Spend £5 in six different Kingsbridge shops and you’ll be entered into a draw, with a chance to win a £100 voucher.

This is all about celebrating our brilliant local businesses, so please share, get involved and let’s show our brilliant Kingsbridge shops some love this February.💗

🎉 The competitions start on Saturday 14th February and close on the 28th February.

Entry forms for both competitions can be collected and returned to the following places:

📍 Kingsbridge Information Centre (open Monday to Friday 10am-2pm)

📍 The Trading Post (open Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm)

***Only one entry form will be accepted per person. Children participating in the “Spot the Hearts” should be accompanied by an adult. The organisers reserve the right to suspend the competitions.***

This is why I do what I do. My passion for dogs!
Why everything I put into my dogs matter.
I was working in the Tavistock shop on Saturday but sent my husband and young male rottie, (called Van) way up country to a championship dog show.
We were thrilled he won the Dog Challenge Certificate and Best In Show!
When things like this happen, it reinforces my beliefs and passion that I'm doing something right, not only with my own dogs but through The Doggy Deli.
See, we're not just a fun dog shop, we have ethics and passion as to what is truly best for all dogs. To help our dogs live the longest, healthiest, happiest lives they possibly can by only stocking the very best is all natural foods, treats and of course the fun stuff too! ☺️
I've always had a motto for my shops....
If I wouldn't give it to my own dogs, I won't sell it.

⭐️GREAT NEWS⭐️
We know Kingsbridge Fore Street has been a tad difficult to access recently! Starting from tomorrow, the prices in the top car park (right opposite us! How convenient!) are being reduced!
This car park can be accessed away from the road closures.
So park on up, stroll round all the lovely little independent shops, finishing up to get a massive haul of goodies for your pooches 😂
