I haven't yet posted about callie since she came 4 months ago ( I can't believe it's been that long already).

All I can say is how thankful and lucky I have been with this mare. She's been so open and honest with me from the minute she arrived. I asked so much from her already, and she's done nothing, but trust me in the process, which is all you can ever ask for. I took a massive risk buying callie unseen but thankful it's paid off, and I've managed to bag myself a really nice cool horse who i believe will be the one to make my dreams come true. We've had to do everything pretty much solo as we are based on a yard were there's no arena or any other horse that ridden but with the getting to know each other from the ground up taking our time, we've managed to be unharmed and trust each other with everything. She's definitely not straightforward all the time and can have her anxious moments, but I have never felt unsafe whilst on her back or felt like she would drop me on purpose. She's is quirky but pretty much unfazed by most things. We have an exciting month ahead as I finally get to move callie to a new yard that's so much closer to me and has the facilities for us to grow together. It will be nice to have company out hacking as believe it or not, the loner that I am, I actually miss having that as a option and I'm sure callie can't wait to have some company. I'm looking forward to see what this horse is all about 🤩🥰🐴❤️

It's been absolute ages since I have posted up pictures of the horses. I have been very busy with work, summer is usually my quiet time but not this year to the point where I'm not home until 10 at night 🙈 but anyway not complaining as it's more money in my pocket to spend on callie.😅💰 Definitely been hard with this scottish summer that just feels like it's been spring (or should I say winter) rather than summer 🙄 but apparently we've to get a late summer next week, (will believe it when I see it). Tell you one thing this job, it puts me off having more than 1 horse even though i would happily take diva home with me 🙈😁

Well, it's been 1 week since this gorgeous girl came into my life 🥰 she's been settling in well a part from jumping out of her field to spend the night with the boy next-door 🙈 no serious injuries, just a couple of grazes on her back legs but at least I know she can jump 😅 thankfully hasn't done it again so 🤞 it stays like that. Otherwise, she's been very good. She got new set of shoes today, so hopefully, I can start thinking about having my first site on callie and hopefully have someone to join us for a couple of rides 🏇🏿🐴🥰

Mr Ravel who has cushing had a clip today and what a differences 😍 he is looking super for his age at 30. All done using my Masterclip Clippers HD along side my MD clippers and trimmer. Also used Goodbye Flys showshine which acts as a fly spray but can also put it in a bucket of hot or cold water and do a hot/ cold cloth, it is completely natural with no nasty chemicals which is perfect for sensitive skin. 🐴☺️

Well, this week was an unexpected sad week, only just getting my head over it as everything went 100mph. we sadly said goodbye to the handsome boy paco. You would have never known he was anywhere near 32 with his cheeky personality. He cracked me with his keenest to either his stable or field. Even on Wednesday, he was trying to nug me out the way and pulling my arm out. He was a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis for the last 3 years, and I will miss having him around.❤️ I also want to thank everyone who helped with some of the horses to bring in and offered to help and my clients being understanding that my priorities were with paco, thankfully the weather was nice which meant that horses were happy to stay on that bit longer. ❤️
