Important Announcement 🐶🐾

Hi everyone,

Due to personal reasons, I will be moving locations at the start of September. I’m so grateful for all the love and support from my amazing clients ☺️ it’s been an absolute joy getting to know you and your lovely pooches and I’m truly going to miss seeing you all regularly 💔

That said, I’m excited to share that I’ll be continuing my grooming journey at Central Bark Dog Grooming in Kilrea 🐶

I’ll be taking a few weeks off during this transition, my books will reopen on the 29th September. I can’t wait to welcome you and your pups to the new space!

Thank you again for everything! this next chapter wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support from you and your furry friends ❤️

Hi everyone! Sorry ive been quiet on here, just busy pampering all your pooches🥰
Apologies for the long post but loads of info and conditions to share with you all!

❗️Information for customers, please read❗️

‼️July is fully booked now and august is filling up fast, limited appts remaining‼️

Please book your appts in advance as theres a 4 week wait!
Book now to avoid disappointment!
I would recommend you book your next appt when picking up or get your pooch on a schedule to save your doggies waiting too long for their groom😁

I'm away on holidays from 16th-25th September August & September appts will fill up fast!

🐾OPENING HOURS
Monday- Friday 10am- 4pm
(exceptions for evenings and saturdays can be made but will be very limited due to commitments so please book well in advance)

🐾CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations please cancel at least 24hours in advance, this is to allow me enough time to get someone else booked in as many are waiting for cancellations, there will be a cancellation fee if cancelled with too short notice as it's me who loses out🐶

🐾DROP OFF
For dropping off, please be on time, if you’re going to be late let me know so I can make sure I have enough time to carefully groom your dogs or we can reschedule!
If you're more than 15 minutes late appts will have to be rescheduled as it will leave me behind and late fee will be added to next groom☺️

🐾PICK UP
For picking up please be on time again, I will text when your pooch is ready please be ready to pick up asap.
There will be a late pick up fee if you're more than 30 mins late to pick up, I understand things come up so just let me know.
I am mostly 1 to 1 with my clients, this means I can keep all my attention and time on carefully grooming your pooch without the distraction of other dogs etc. As most of the time there is dogs booked in afterwards and theres not much space to keep your dogs after their grooming appt time.

If you need me to keep your dog a little longer just let me know in advance so I can make it work with a small fee as this time could be used to book in other doggies, I have commitments most evenings and picking up late will leave me late so please be on time or let me know in advance🤩

For anyone else needing their pooches pampered for santa I would highly recommend my friend Lauren, she has space coming up to xmas and she is so good and trustworthy with the dogs🥰

She is based near Antrim/Glenavy but well worth the drive for a good trustworthy dog groomer!

Just a wee 'pup'date to let you all know that August is nearly fully booked, with very limited spaces left.
Book now before they're gone! 😁

I recommend booking your pooch in as early as possible to get the best dates and time that suit you!
The best way is to book your next appt before leaving the salon or booking your next few appts in advance.
Especially if you need evenings or saturdays as these are limited.
Please book at least 3 weeks in advance before your pup needs pampered to avoid disappointment and having to wait longer for normal grooming schedule.
This is because I am by myself and 1 to 1 with your dogs so the slots are filled fast!

I hate to disappoint so I try to accommodate everyone but there is approx 3 week waiting time so this way its fair for everyone!

Rosie here would like to inform you that there's limited appointments left for May book now before they're gone!🥰

June appointments are filling up fast getting pooches ready for the summer heat🌞

Please book now, well in advance to get the best dates and times that suit you
If you could book at least 2 weeks in advance before your pooch needs a pamper so that you don't have to wait too long for appointments especially with the heat 😁

The dogs health and well-being are priority so if it does get too hot over the summer months appointments may need to be rescheduled

💫CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS💫

Christmas week is fully booked, there is limited space available the week before message me asap to get an appt before theyre gone!
Space the start of December too get booked in as early as possible to get the best dates and times that suit you! 😁

I'll do my best to fit everyone in but as I am by myself there's limited space.

Time flies when youre having fun!😁
Sorry for neglecting the page, ive just been so busy pampering these gorgeous pooches🥰

Ive been meaning to post since may!😅

Here's a wee update on some of my lovely clients❤️

❗️I will be unavailable from 15th - 23rd August❗️

If youd like to get booked in before or after these dates message now to get an appointment as spaces are limited!

UPDATE

🐾LATE- If you're more than 15 mins late for your appointment there may not be enough time for me to complete groom and appoinment may need to be rescheduled.

🐾NO SHOW- I do my best to send out reminders the day before, although as you can tell im very forgetful..😅 I will let you know that you've missed your appointment and we can reschedule, I understand that things come up but if this is a reoccurring problem I will have to add on a no show fee or deposit for the next groom.

🐾CANCELLATIONS- if you need to cancel its no problem! Although, please let me know 24 hours in advance to allow me time to schedule in another pooch waiting for their groom, again I understand that things happen but if this is a reoccurring problem I will add on a cancellation fee if it's less than 24 hours notice.

🐾PICK UP- if you're going to be late to pick up just let me know beforehand usually im about anyway! However, sometimes that is not the case, if you're more than 30 mins late after I text that your pooch is ready I may have to charge dog sitting fee as this could leave me late with the remainder of my day/grooms.
