🐾🔥 A brilliant day out in Dumfries! 🔥🐾

We had such a lovely time at the Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue Centre fundraiser, helping support a fantastic cause and spending the day surrounded by dogs — what more could we ask for?! ❤️🐶

A huge thank you to Firebird Flyball Club for inviting the Muddy Mutts along to join them for the flyball demo! 🎾💨 We had an absolute blast getting out there with the dogs, showing everyone just how much fun this crazy sport can be!

Of course, we couldn’t go to a doggy event without having a wee go at the dog show too… 😂 A few of the Muddy Mutts strutted their stuff in the ring, and while they’re all winners in our eyes, it was Skittles who managed to charm the judges and come away with a rosette! 🥹🏵️

Our little pocket rocket picked up 2nd place! 🥈💜

She was VERY pleased with herself… and we’re sure she’ll be reminding the rest of the dogs about her award for the foreseeable future. 😂🐾

A fantastic day, a brilliant cause and lots of happy, tired dogs by the end of it. ❤️

🎉💜 HAPPY BIRTHDAY NIC! 💜🎉

A huge Happy Birthday to one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. 🥰

I’m lucky enough to have known Nic since primary school… so obviously not that long ago 🤣👀 We’ve grown up together, and one thing that has never changed is just how much she cares about other people.

Nic genuinely has one of the biggest hearts. She is always thinking about everyone else, always willing to help, and spends so much of her life making sure other people are supported, cared for and able to live the best life possible. 💜

She’s also one of those people you know you can count on — whether that’s for a laugh, a chat, some support, or getting dragged into whatever dog-related madness we’ve got going on this time! 😂🐾

We are incredibly lucky to have you in our lives, Nic.

Never change who you are. The world needs more people with hearts like yours. 💜

Our gorgeous wee Griff is ONE today! 🥳💜

She’s a cracking wee spaniel with bags of enthusiasm, plenty of personality and, of course, that all-important spaniel craziness! 😂🐶

We absolutely love having Griff as part of the Muddy Mutts Flyball family and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this brilliant wee girl. Hopefully there are lots of fast runs, flying tennis balls and flyball adventures ahead! 🎾⚡🐾

Today our Muddy Mutts Flyball Young Members headed back to school! 💙💚

From racing dogs and cheering on their teammates at flyball, to swapping their flyball gear for school uniforms and heading back into the classroom! 🐾🎾➡️📚

We hope you all had the BEST first day back and have an amazing year ahead. 💫

Keep being brave, keep learning, keep having fun and — most importantly — keep being the brilliant little humans that you are. 🥰

🏆🐾 WHAT A WEEK — British Flyball Association CHAMPS DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 🐾🏆

We might not have had a Muddy Mutts team racing at Champs this year, but we were still very much part of the action!

Our TC headed down to help with decorating, creating content and coverage, and supporting the official photographers throughout the week. 📸🎥 And two of our amazing young members, Kayla and Eva, came down to take part in Young Members Day!

A MASSIVE thank you has to go to our wonderful friends at Clatto Clan Flyball Club for trusting the girls with their dogs. That means more than you know.

🐾 Kayla & Mac — 🥉 3rd place in their singles division!
🐾 Eva & Izzy — 🥉 3rd place in their singles division!

Both girls did an amazing job and had the BEST time — and they came home with the bruises to prove just how much fun they had! 😂💪

They also loved cheering on their friend Theo, who only went and grabbed 🥉 3rd place in his division too! Huge well done, Theo! 👏

We also have to give a MASSIVE congratulations to our friends at Clatto for winning their division! 🏆 After a few setbacks, those dogs came out and ran absolutely beautifully. It was brilliant to watch and so well deserved.

But do you know what I love most about flyball?

THE COMMUNITY. 🫶

This week summed up exactly why this sport is so special. I made some amazing new friends from Relentless Flyball, got to know some more distant flyball friends better, laughed A LOT (sorry Katie mostly because of your fence fiasco 🤣), cheered for dogs and handlers from all over, and watched people come together to support one another.

And finally… we can’t finish without a HUGE shout-out to sharksflyball…

Champs, you were brilliant.
The racing was fantastic, but as always, it’s the people, the dogs, the friendships and the community that make flyball what it is.

We’re finally here at BFA Championships 2026!

Tonight, a beautiful sunset and the quiet field before everything comes to life. Tomorrow we’ll be busy setting up, catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, and getting ready for one of the biggest weekends in the flyball calendar.

This weekend isn’t just about racing—it’s about being part of an incredible community. It’s about cheering for every dog, celebrating every achievement, supporting each other through the highs and lows, and making memories that will last long after the final race.

From all of us at Muddy Mutts Flyball, we wish every team travelling tomorrow a safe journey. We can’t wait to see familiar faces, welcome new ones, and share another unforgettable Championships with our flyball family.

💜 Thank You 💜

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to my amazing Muddy Mutts Flyball family for these beautiful flowers and candle. Your kindness and support mean more than you’ll ever know.

In February, I said goodbye to Bella, and just four days ago, I lost Bonnie too. My heart is completely broken.

These two incredible girls were the reason Muddy Mutts exists. They sparked a dream that grew into a wonderful team, an amazing community, and so many unforgettable memories. Everything we’ve built together started with them.

The love, messages, hugs, and thoughtful gifts I’ve received have reminded me that Muddy Mutts isn’t just a flyball team—it’s a family. Knowing you’re all beside me during the hardest time of my life has brought comfort when I’ve needed it most.

Thank you for standing with me, for remembering Bella and Bonnie, and for helping me find the strength to keep going. Their legacy will live on every time a dog races down the flyball lane wearing Muddy Mutts colours.
