Unfortunately our next litter didn't go quite to plan we ended up with a stuck puppy despite our best efforts to get him out it was a quick trip
To out of hours vets at 4,30am the vet was amazing and managed to get him unstuck but sadly we lost him ππ the next pup then followed while we were in the vets born no issues all fine all went as it should third pup then started making its way lots of contractions vet said it was progressing then contractions got weaker she was knackered she had did amazingly well coping so we tried oxytocin but unfortunately after 3 lots pup was stuck further up the canal we made decision that she needed a c section at 8am as everything stopped progressing. We were sent home with the 1 puppy she had natural which was confusing as mum was taken for section. We are extremely lucky we had our other girl who's just had her last litter so is the best mum ever step
In and took on the little girl temporarily. If it wasn't for her we could have lost her aswell. Time passed and we got call from vets section thankfully all went well and we could collect her at 14.45pm. We got the good news that the stuck puppy made it and surprise surprise
It was another boy who was stuck we then got more good news that there was another little girl born who was also fine so mum
And her 2 pups were doing amazing so we could collect them. Very blessed by the whole situation to have 3 beautiful pups. Mum is now reunited with her 3 pups despite vets saying we could leave one with older pups after speaking with good friends it was definitely best decision to reunite them we are grateful that we had option to have the puppy looked after by her adopted mummy for that short time and how well she took her on which she was an absolute saint for doing so we thought it would be a struggle to get her back but she didn't noticed after her trip to garden π maybe as she has 5 chunks ππ. She was accepted back with her real mummy straight away with no issues so proud of them. Breeding isn't for faint hearted and not nice feeling when it starts to go wrong but knowing you made right decision and you have mum and pups back safe and sound is best feeling ever. π«Άπ©΅π©·π©·
