We've always been farmers, but we're much more than a farm. You can visit over 750 animals at our zoo, and get up close to furry and feathery farmyard friends in our barn. Choose from 16 different rides in our vintage fairground, or enjoy our eight adventure play areas. We've got 120 acres of fun so there really is something for everyone!

There will be a training exercise taking place for the fire service this afternoon (Wednesday 3 June).

We'll be hosting an exercise on site this afternoon from around 3pm onwards. Nothing to worry about - it's just a drill! 🧯👌

We'll be participating by enacting our normal fire procedures, and the drill will be taking place in our back of house areas. You may hear or see some activity but this drill will not affect visitors or guests during your day with us.

🚨 Not one but TWO gorgeous donkey foals are now in the barn ready and waiting for you to come and say hello! 🥰 🫏 💕

Meet Dahlia, born on 16 May to jenny ‘Sandy’. We also have little Duke, born on 25 May to jenny ‘Luna’. ☺️ 🥹

The foals and their mums head out to the paddocks at the end of each day but are brought to the Jolly Barn each morning to meet our guests and have a well earned rest. They are just too adorable to miss! ❤️

Well done to our zoo team who recently headed to Plantasia Tropical Zoo for a two day course in Venomous Reptile Management.
We have a number of reptiles at our zoo and our Tropical Trails and Venoms Vs Poisons exhibit is definitely worth a visit to learn all about these fascinating creatures and how they can be useful.

The animal care team are always so passionate about learning more about the creatures they care for - so to join these guys as well as other specialists in the field was a real treat. Well done all!
