Hot weather is on it’s way! ☀️🥵 Please think about your dogs and get familiar with the heat advice from Petplan. Remember that the hot asphalt burns their pads ♨️🐾 Do the hand test before taking them out for a walk. Instead of physical exercise, you can provide mental stimulation at home by playing nose-based games or teaching a new skill/trick. Please get in touch if you wish to chat about what activities are suitable for your dog on the hot days.

🐶 Puppy Training Classes (6-week course – £90)
Starting in May

📍 Wednesdays 6:00pm – from 27th of May
📍 Saturdays 10:00am – from 30th of May

Our puppy classes cover socialisation, relationship building, basic cues, recall, loose-lead walking, toilet and crate training, confidence building, and more.

Training is conducted indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), helping puppies learn to focus around real-life distractions. We aim to end each session with a short structured puppy play in a non-slip environment.

🐕 Adolescent & Adult Dog Training Classes (6-week course – £90)
For dogs 6 months and over

📍 Wednesdays 7:00pm – from 27th of May
📍 Saturdays 2:00pm – from 30th of May

Ideal for dogs who are new to structured training or need a refresher. We work on loose-lead walking, recall, stay, emergency stop, impulse control, and practical life skills — all taught using positive, reward-based methods.

Don’t forget - the this Sunday! Great day for whole family, with beautiful horses and dogs! We will be judging the Fun Dog Show on the day, there are plenty of categories to enter and rosettes and prizes to be won. Come and chat to us about your pooches and meet ours!

Thank you to everyone who supported The Oxford Animal sanctuary cake sale today at the dog meets. I am pleased to say that we raised £30.10 to help pets in need 🐾😻🐶🥳 Huge thank you to Sarah Ruby & Co Pet Care Services who organised the cakes!
