‼️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW EXOTIC PATIENT REGISTRATIONS‼️

Due to unprecedented high demand for our exotic veterinary services, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily close our books to new exotic clients. This will ensure we are still able to provide the high level of care that we pride ourselves on.

The hospital is currently still taking referrals from other vet practices, and we will provide normal services for existing clients.

We are working on being able to increase capacity and hope to be able to reopen our books soon and will update accordingly.

Our main hospital - Chipping Norton Veterinary Hospital will be available during the entire Christmas period if you need emergency care, please call 01865 595199 and you will be transferred🐾🐾

**🐾 Unfortunately the roadworks outside the practice are still going on and they now need to dig up half of our carpark... There is still access to the carpark but it is very limited. Please use any available staff spaces and be careful as the entrance is very tight 🐾**

🐾 Unfortunately a water line outside out carpark has been hit during gas works so our entrance is shut off temporarily. We have been assured they will move barriers to allow entry into our carpark as needed but please take care as it is tight and there is machinery on the slip road 🐾

🐾 SGN are currently having to carry out some work and dig up the path in front of our carpark entrance - you are still able to access our carpark - they have assured us they will keep access open at all times and we are open as normal but please take care as the turning into the carpark will be tight and there is machinery in the slip road 🐾

We have partnered up with a call centre called RSVP to help ensure we keep your pet’s protected and keep their vaccines up to date!

The service will be contacting you on our behalf to offer appointment times and dates that are convenient to you to book your pet’s vaccinations in.

If you wish to book your pet’s vaccinations in yourself you can do this via our website or contact us on 01865 595199 or alternatively you can wait to be contacted.

We have had a older neutered male ginger cat brought into us this afternoon. He is microchipped but unfortunately the chip has not been registered to any databases. We are trying to find his owners as he is in need of some urgent medical treatment. Please call us on 01865 595199 if you think he might be yours, proof of ownership will be required. He was found in the Begbroke area 🐾
