A Message from kidderminster Dog Grooming:
We are happy to inform you all we are back open and will be adhering to strict government guidelines. Each customer will be informed about what this entails upon booking. We are now confident that we can protect ourselves, our family and our customers whilst still continuing to work.

We have worked through our list of cancellations and should have contacted everyone by now. If you did not have an appointment but would like one we would be happy to book you in!

We are working at a limited capacity in order to follow government advice but will try and book in customers as soon as possible, so please get in touch!

COVID-19 Announcement:

Unfortunately, in light of the government announcement outlining a 3 week lockdown we are going to be closing Kidderminster Dog Grooming for the foreseeable future. All appointments are cancelled as of today and until further notice!

We’re so devastated that we cannot continue to provide our service for our customers but the health of our staff and customers must come first!

We’re so sorry to inconvenience you and hope to see you all again very soon! We will be up and running as soon as we can!

Update: Covid-19 🐶

We’d like to inform our customers that we are still open and appointments will remain unchanged unless we contact you otherwise.

In order to protect both ourselves and our customers we are taking additional measures to ensure we prevent the spread of infection.

Primarily, we are operating a non-contact service with our customers, when dropping/collecting your dog we will be meeting you at the door to take your dog off you and keeping our distance to meet government advise.

We are sanitising our leads and as always performing hygiene to the highest standards. We will act in accordance with government advise and will inform customers of any changes immediately.
