Here is the gorgeous Pippin enjoying her 7th round of acupuncture 😊⁣
⁣
Pippin has chronic mobility issues with one of her back legs, when I first examined Pippin, her hip & stifle muscles were so tight they were pulling her back leg outwards (abduction of the limb) 😬⁣
⁣
After just 2 treatments, Pippin's owners noticed a big difference & now 7 sessions in, there is no more abduction & Pippin is pain free with normal limb function again 😀 ⁣

I'm so pleased I get to help Pippin stay comfortable, functional & pain free 💜⁣

Here is the handsome Jax enjoying his weekly acupuncture session. Jax has osteoarthritis, alongside some muscle atrophy & wobbliness (ataxia) of his hind limbs.

Acupuncture helps to strengthen the muscles & reduces pain from osteoarthritis.

Jax is managing to bound up the stairs now after only 2 sessions!

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬?⁣
• Occurs when vertebrae in the spine are too close together, rather than being spaced apart as in a healthy spine, resulting in touching or overlapping of two or more of the bony projections at the top of each vertebrae.⁣
• It may cause consistent, low-grade pain, high-grade pain, chronic pain, or some horses do not exhibit any clinical signs at all.⁣
• It can be a predisposing factor for back pain.⁣

Here is the gorgeous Molly enjoying her 1st acupuncture session. Molly has osteoarthritis of the spine, hips & hind legs.⁣

Certain medications do not agree with Molly's digestive system, so in order to keep her 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 & 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 we are treating her with weekly acupuncture sessions & they are working wonders!⁣
