We are counting down the days to Xmas trying to survive this crazy month🫠🥱 so please be patient & kind with your dog groomers, beauticians, hairdressers etc this month because this is everyone's busiest time of the year & we're all trying to do our best 🫶

A few little reminders.....
🐶 We are fully booked into the new year, so any new customers are now being added to waiting list to prioritise our current customers.
🐶 Any appointments cancelled now until Xmas require a full payment. This is our busiest time of the year & everyone's had plenty of notice to cancel without fees applied. And this protects us a small business.
🐶 Remember to book ahead, our diary for the whole of 2026 is filling up fast.

This year we have decided to collect Xmas donations for Hillside Animal Sanctuary 🎄🎅⛄❄️🎁

Any donation is always helpful for these charities, whether it is money, old toys, blankets, bedding, towels, food, treats etc. They have a lot of big breeds in at the moment, so any tough toys or good quality strong collars would be massively appreciated! 🐶

We will be heading to Hillside Xmas Eve to drop off any items or money collect 🫶

- The 2026 calendar is open, so please pop me a message with what days/times/how many weeks suit you. Mornings, Saturdays & Xmas 2026 are already filling up fast!
- We do accept card payments but cash will always be our preferred method of payment due to the charges on each transaction.
- Our booking system is amazing for automatically sending 24hr reminders about appointments, but don't just solely rely on these. Make sure you've got your appointments in your own calendar with the correct times.
- Cancellation policies apply to everyone no matter the reason, to avoid these we need more than 48hrs to be able to fill the appointment due to being a small business we rely on every booking to cover our overheads.
- We are getting stricter not on just cancellation fees but late drop off/pick ups, matting & flea fees. All these effect our the allocated times given for your dog so that is why fees apply.
- If you're early for dropping off/picking up, always just pop us a message or call to check if it's ok to come in. When we've got reactive dog on the table or your own, not only does it take us ages to calm them back down to finish their groom but it can be really dangerous. Normally it's ok to come in to the salon early as we leave enough time when it's reactive/aggressive dogs.

For anyone who's got teeth cleaning appointments, we've finally got some gel back in stock! 🙏

There is a shortage of orozyme gel currently, but Logic Oral Gel has the exact same ingredients 🦷🪥

Using the gel running up to your 1st initial appointment helps breakdown the tartar to make it easier to remove but we recommend using this inbetween appointments as it prevents plaque build up & bad breath! So make sure you've got a tub as it really does work 🐶

We've also got another teeth cleaning product coming very soon, so keep your eyes peeled 👀🤫
