School holidays are almost finished for another year. From 6th September riding club will be back in its usual from. Sat 1-5, where the members learn not only to ride but also all aspects of looking after a pony, from mucking out to turning out. ages are year 3 upwards, we have even have some mums and dads staying to learn as well. there is also a possibility we will have a couple of ponies for share. please contact for further details.

Well..... yesterday saw the last " proper" riding club until September but that doesn't mean there is nothing going on. Next week we are closed , but from Aug 4th we will be open and flexible for bookings. No regular saturday riding clubs and people off on lovely holidays mean we have slots for 1-1 actvites. Some on Saturday for a change. We will have a few ponies for share from Sept. Minimum commitment is Sept -dec. 3 or 4 days a week. You can try for a few days during August. School finishes end of this week. We do have some bits and pieces planned plus there may be an opportunity to loan one of our ponies for a week or two before school starts again. We are also offering a chance to try riding club, no commitment, to see it you like it before new term starts in Sept. Message for further details.

After the threat of thunder last week this week temp are going to soar. There us a real chance that I will cancel riding for all our sake, 2 legged and 4 legged. We may take advantage of hot weather and bath horses so you are still welcome to come along. Please let me know if you still want to come.

The traffic light are due to go up today for the next 4 weeks. We have been told we will have access into Elmley Rd at all times. Maybe only from the minster side that bit they didn't say.

07.30, yard all feed and turned out. That was the last scheduled early morning feed and turnout till Oct/Nov time.

Weekend, maybe after school, helpers wanted. Duties include mucking out field or stable, leading beginners, making hay nets or feeds. Please don't expect to just lead in one lesson then sit about on your phone and then get to ride. You will get to ride but it will be in a structured lesson. We work in all weathers as well.

Mocks and uncoming exam and revision season is upon us. Our riding club now had vacancies for young people ( and not so young) who wish, to not only learn to ride, but also how to tack up, groom, muck out and generally look after a horse. 1-5 Saturdays pm for further details. School Yr 2 and above. Also some 1-1 lesson slots vacant after school and Sundays.
