I now have only 1 small pony (max 13hh) box left. DIY, working livery or assisted. Electric lights, rubber floor, use of school, summer and winter turnout. pm please

You just know when you get out of the car into a puddle.😪
You know as the dog leaps put with joyous abandon...into a pond (well bigger puddle)😓 Another pond to open the gate to the yard with a stream going all the way to the sea( fields in another life)😪
You know boots with a better grip would have stopped the skating practice from gate to yard
Paddling through the yard, (thankfully concrete or it would be walking out of boots) feed 🐎 🐴
Meanwhile said dog is having a whale of a time lots of Paddling pools to jump in🐕 cat is sensible and nowhere to be seen🐈
Horses all eating breakfast, swim back to car. Call🐕🐕 call 🐕 look for dog happily hunting 🐈

Muddy stuff now in Washing machine. Can dog go in as well I ask?
Time for breakfast before finding scuba gear to go back and play.

Oh and I think I may have left yard light on.

For those of you at the yard this weekend. It's COLD. It's winter. Adults please ensure your child,(and you) are dressed for the weather. Extra layers, spare gloves. In fact make sure you bring gloves, and a coat. Over the last 10 days I have had tears, shorter riding, frozen people. No matter how "in" certain brands are they are not all suitable for minus temperature or wind chill. Sun out doesn't mean it's warm. Hot snacks or hot drink sachets as well. We have kettle. I want people to enjoy being with horses, not in tears because of incorrect clothing.

I have available a 12x10 stable with rubber mats and auto drinker. Hacking from here is now almost non existent due to traffic etc. Use of floodlit school. Idea for retirement or semi retirement livery. Kitchen and WC. Electric lights

• twisted
• inside out
• or being proudly worn as a fashion statement

And while you’re there… throw more forage at them.
Cold horses burn calories.
Empty bellies don’t stay warm rugged or unrugged.

If you think they’ve been fine all winter that’s the exact moment they’re not.

Go.
Check the rug.
Feed the horse.
