We make every effort to make every dog feel comfortable with us and as pampered as we can.

Apologies, I know it's not even October yet but I wanted to remind you all to get your Christmas grooms booked in now.
From next week, I will be working on a commercial pheasant shoot 2 days a week so appointments will be limited.
Please don't leave it too late as I dont want anyone to miss out x

It's a moan, sorry!
I hate to have to do this but I must now insist all payments for grooms are completed before you leave the farm. Most of you that pay by bank transfer are very good and will pay once you get home. Unfortunately it is becoming more common that I am having to chase payments and I just dont have the time to do that, nor should I have to.
So, to make it fair for everyone, from now on please can I ask you either bring cash, or if bank transferring please do this while I am grooming the dog or before leaving the farm.

Hello.
I will be taking a couple of weeks off in August to spend some time with my family.
From Monday 18th (inclusive) I will take the following 2 weeks out of grooming, returning on Monday 1st September.
I may end up replying to messages in this time but please be patient as I will not make it a priority.
