Firstly I would like to thank all of my customers both past and present for your loyal and continued support over the years, it has been a real pleasure to have walked your dogs and cared for your cats and build a wonderful relationship with both your fur babies and their owners.

I hope that over the years I have been successful in offering you all an excellent first class service.

From the 28th August 2020 I have decided to retire, I Will be hanging up my leads for the final time and K9 Farmer Limited will cease to trade.

I wish each and every one of my customers the very best for the future.
Very Best Wishes

Good Morning Everyone,
Now the hot weather is upon us I thought I would share some tips with you all which should keep both you and your fur baby safe

1. Before taking your dog out for a walk place your hand or foot onto the pavement that is in the sun, hold it there for a minimum of 10 seconds, if it’s to hot for your 🖐 or 🦶, it’s too hot for your 🐕 paws. A simple task like this will prevent your dog from having burnt pads and a costly vet bill for yourself.

2. Never walk your dog in the midday heat, remember they are wearing a fur coat and will overheat quickly.

3. Wear a belt or waistcoat with pockets, take a foldaway bowl and a bottle of water with you on your walks, one for you and one for your 🐶, stop regularly and offer 💦 to your 🐕. The waistcoat or pockets will allow you to keep your hands free and therefore have total control over your dog.

4. Remember no dog will die if they miss a walk because it’s to hot outside, however they could become ill or worse if they are walked in high temperatures.

Very Best Wishes to you all, stay safe and enjoy the ☀️
