Dear customers,
It is with a very heavy heart that i have had to make the decision to close Sophies Dog Grooming. with the recent and sudden passing of my partner and Tayla moving on i am unable to continue the business whilst heavily pregnant. I
want to take this moment to thankyou all for your support and business over the last 12 months. It is my hope that further down the line i am able to re-establish Sophies Dog Grooming again and welcome you back.
The business will be closing on Friday 29th September and any appointments after this date will be cancelled. I apologise for having to let you all down at such short notice but i know that you will be understanding of my circumstances. i wish you all the best and hope to see you again one day.

Dear clients,
Due to the increased amount of no shows we have had recently I would like to inform you that you will be charged 50% of your grooming fee if you miss your appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice.
Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment and we will gladly reschedule it for you.
Please note, we are currently operating at a reduced amount of appointments per day, therefore we will always be able to fill cancelled slots with enough notice.
We thank you for continued support and understanding during this time.

This is poppy, the minute she walked in the salon she threw (and I mean threw) herself on her back and demanded 1000 tummy tickles! Of course her wish was our demand. Tail reached speeds of 20mph.
