This pack of lovely Christmas cards was made exclusively for us, and donated to sell in order to help raise funds. A drawing of a greyhound’s face surrounded by holly and berries on a light grey background. The message on the front says ‘Merry Christmas’ and RGSL’s details are on the back.
The cards measures 135mm x 135mm and come with envelopes.

New Christmas cards are being added to the RGSL on-line store all the time. These have no greyhounds on for those who prefer them that way, but there are many others available with and without Greyhounds, either printed or designed and handmade by Anne Welding using some recycled materials. Our RGSL monthly walk held on Sunday 27th October 2024 was held at Arnside. Heavy rain the night before meant we couldn’t use the carpark we normally start and finish from due to it being waterlogged. The day was dry and people parked cars along the promenade and the RGSL van parked at the entrance to the car park opposite the chip shop who kindly let us use one of their tables to serve refreshments and display the few goods we were able to display. Despite the carpark being flooded the walk was enjoyed by 43 hounds and their owners, and £188.91 was raised. Thank you to everyone who organised it, helped out and participated in the walk. Many thanks. Our next walk is in Heysham on the 10th November.

QUINN (Quintana) who went to his forever home yesterday (Sunday 20th October 2024) was our 900th greyhound to be homed since we started in July 2004.
