We are lifting & selling our arena surface. Covering Area is 45m x 30m. Topping is Martin Collins fibre - no rubber (with some silica sand mixed) plus 5 inches of silica sand under that. S.W.E.A.T personal training.

I've had a few people asking me about mobile personal training, which is where instead of you guys coming to the gym, I come to you.
This is something that I absolutely do offer. It is the perfect option for those who feel less comfortable in the gym, are unable to make it to the gym, or simply just prefer to workout somewhere more familiar to you.

Hi guys!
I have had a lot of people messaging me, saying that they would love to get fitter and stronger, or to lose weight or to gain muscle, but they have unreliable work hours and/or don't always have the ability to make it to the gym.
Within the Kelso/Coldstream area, I can come to you!
I can offer at home training, for those that need that extra push to get up and active. I can provide knowledge and experience to help you get started, or even continue, your health journey.

I closed the gate as the last horse finished on the course last night...a happy smiling Alex Mundell.
There needs to be some 'thank you's' please stick with me here.
All of my customers, families, riding clubs, pony clubs, the Buccleuch PC who loyally held their competition each October.
My family, especially Murray, it was a few years before he realised that the ocassional free running horse over the crop didn't actually affect the yeild. Also for patiently (?) sitting in the forklift while I changed my mind 10 times about where a jump was to be placed. Knocking in stabs, towing out lorries etc etc. Murray you can relax...it's over.

But the biggest 'thank you' goes to Oliver Simpson, my dad. Now age 88. He designed & built the original course. He knew how to turn a steep slope into the steps & two ditches into a water jump, setting levels & everything inbetween. There categorically would not have been a course if it hadn't been for my dad (in the photo). He would be there every October for the competition, quietly, humbly enjoying watching everyone fleeing round.
So that's it. 20 years. THANK YOU EVERYONE. ❤🐴
