Hello everyone. As most of you know I sustained a major break to my knee in September and will be unable to work for many months. This in combination with my plan to retire next year has brought me to the conclusion I may as well retire now.
So, with immediate effect Anydog’s doors are closed. I have had the privilege to work with some amazing dogs and people over the years and made some life long friends along the way. Thank you to each and every one of you 🙏
I will still be around in rescue on a voluntary basis so not leaving the planet for now. You can’t get rid of me that easily, I am still here to support any current clients with ongoing issues but otherwise…

❌ RAPESEED! ❌

It’s that time of year again where farmers fields have blossomed into pretty yellow flowers, these plants are called rapeseed. Although it may be tempting to place your dog in the mist to take a scenic photo, please avoid this at all costs!

Rapeseed is extremely poisonous for dogs, especially in highly sensitive canines.

Rapeseed is listed by Dogs Trust as toxic to our dogs if ingested and can cause symptoms such as:

❌ Hemolytic Anemia
❌ Blindness
❌ Damaged Nervous System
❌ Digestive Disorders
❌ Breathing Problems

Please seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog shows any signs of rapeseed poisoning!
