Looking for Their Forever Home: Meet Ralph & Maisie! 🐾

It breaks our hearts to write this, but due to an unexpected change in family circumstances, we are looking for a loving, dedicated home for our two beautiful dogs. They are deeply bonded, bring out the best in each other, and must be rehomed together.

They are incredible family dogs who currently live happily with two young children (aged 2 and 5) and three cats. They also regularly welcome foster cats into the home without any issues.

🐩 Ralph (Miniature Poodle) – 1 Year Old

Personality: A very sociable, happy, and loving boy! He still has his puppy traits, so he can be a bit bouncy, but he just wants to say hello to everyone.

Other Animals: Brilliant with other dogs and absolutely loves cats.
Routine: Sleep habits are excellent; he happily sleeps in his crate at night.

House Training: Fully toilet trained. However, if left to free-roam alone for too long, he can occasionally have an accident. He never does this when left in his crate/bed.

🐕 Maisie (Medium Mixed Breed) – 2 Years Old

Her Story: We rescued Maisie at 7 months old from severe neglect. She was starved, matted, and deeply traumatised. Thanks to lots of love, she has transformed into a wonderful, affectionate girl.

Personality: Incredibly friendly and loving. Because of her past, she can still be slightly anxious around new people and is very food-motivated (greedy!).

Children & Pets: Wonderful with children and cats. She uses her crate as her safe haven.

Important Note: Due to being starved as a puppy, she can be a bit grumpy around other pets during meal times. She is never grumpy with humans. To keep her relaxed, she is simply fed inside her crate, which works perfectly.

🦮 Walking & Training

Both dogs are great with other dogs.

Off-lead, they can get very excited/bouncy and will sometimes ignore their recall if another dog is nearby.

For this reason, they are currently walked on long-line leads, which they manage very well.

They do not howl or bark excessively when left.

🩺 Health & Medical

Both are fully vaccinated and microchipped.

Not neutered yet: Ralph was previously too young, and Maisie has experienced irregular heat cycles. A vet can advise on the best timing for this moving forward.

🏡 What They Need in Their New Home:
A family who can offer them plenty of time, companionship, and routine. Owners willing to continue feeding Maisie separately in her crate.

A secure garden and patience to work on their textbook "bouncy" adolescent recall.

Were it all started !
My first rescue dog ! My first love Kai ❤️

I rescued kai when I was just 18 years old ! He had cig burns and dog fighting wounds
He was already graying round the muzzle when I got him so guessed he was around 6 years old. 🐶 I had that dog for 12 loyal years he never left my side !🐾 i went on to rescue bullbreeds after that I kept another 5 dogs cats and ferrets!. 💢
When i ran out of room I started in the world wind life of rescue...23 years later ive no dog to call my own 😔Ive rehomed 100s of dogs and can honestly say ive never been as stressed in my life 🙃 ..Michelle Wilson

🐾 SPECIALIST HOME NEEDED FOR BRUNO 🐾

🐕 Breed: Working Cocker Spaniel
🎂 Age: 5 years old
❤️ Status: Neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, flea/worm up-to-date.
🚩 Warning: Bruno has a known history of biting due to resource guarding.

Meet Bruno! He is an incredibly loving, cuddly boy who adores curling up on the sofa at night. Sadly, a turbulent start in life means he needs a specific, experienced, patient home to help him thrive.

🌟 The Good Stuff

Affectionate: Loves human company and big evening cuddles.

Smart: Sits beautifully, waits for treats, and loves to learn.

Great Traveller: Loves car rides and settles well.

House Trained: Fully clean in the house.

Dog Friendly on Walks: Generally fine seeing and meeting other dogs out and about.

🏡 What Bruno Needs:

Bruno is currently with a gundog trainer and a behaviourist, and he is making good progress! However, due to his past, he has some specific requirements:

Pet-Free Home: Must be the only pet. He previously got on with other dogs, but recent tension means he needs his own space now.

Adult-Only Home: No children.

Lead Walks Only: He has never been walked off-lead and has no recall yet, so he needs long-line or extendable lead walks.

Resource Guarding Experience: Bruno guards items and his sleeping space. He is now safely crated at night and loves his routine. His owners have been working with an excellent behaviourist who is happy to speak directly with serious potential adopters to pass on his training plan.

Bruno has so much potential and just needs a dedicated owner who understands the spaniel breed and positive-reinforcement training.

📩 If you have experience with resource guarding and can offer Bruno a patient, quiet, single-pet home.
