✨ Professional development is an important part of the standard of care I provide. 🐾

I’m pleased to have recently renewed my Canine Health & First Aid qualification 🩺🐶, further strengthening my knowledge and ensuring I’m prepared to respond appropriately should a dog in my care ever require first aid or urgent assistance.

The health, safety and wellbeing of every dog entrusted to me is paramount ❤️, and I believe maintaining current, professional training is an essential part of providing a reliable and high-quality service.

Of course, no training would be complete without a little practical practice… and thankfully, my two very patient dogs were willing participants (or perhaps willing victims! 😂🐾) for a spot of bandaging practice. They wore their bandages with varying degrees of enthusiasm and dignity! 🩹🐶🐶 (although the image pictures is digitally altered for aesthetics of course!)

My weekend started with a visit to beautiful Rupert & Rosie 🐾🐱💕

They were pretty nonchalant about seeing me 😂 but very keen for breakfast! 🍽️😻

Once everyone was fed, everything was cleaned and tidied, and the fish were fed too 🐠✨, a few Dreamies soon tempted them over for some TLC and photos 📸🥰

As you can see, they’re a beautiful pair 😍🐾

Looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow 💕🐱🐱

With a fresh breeze in the air and temperatures a few degrees lower after the rain, we were able to make the most of it today ☁️🌿🎾

A little ball throwing, plenty of fun, and one of Boo’s favourite games, and mine too, hide and seek! ☺️🐶

Such a lovely chance for him to enjoy a bit more activity while the weather was on our side 💚✨

I’ve had the very special privilege of spending this past week caring for beautiful Ted, a very dear senior gentleman who has become especially close to my heart. ❤️🐾

I’ve kept pets and worked with animals for almost my entire life, and I never lose sight of just how precious they are. They’re family, and being trusted to care for someone else’s beloved animal is something I take incredibly seriously.

That trust feels even more significant when a pet isn’t in full health. Ted has been fighting an infection, so this week has involved close observation, medication, careful diet management, monitoring his weight and wellbeing, and keeping his humans accurately updated. 🐱💊💗

After spending so much time together, I adore this gorgeous boy even more than I already did, and I’m going to miss him enormously.

I’m sure Ted will be very pleased to have his humans home again. 🏡❤️ I’ll look forward to seeing him next time and hope he continues to make as comfortable a recovery as possible.

It really is a privilege to be trusted with these precious members of the family. 🐾🥰
