Our youngest filly, yearling Guards Phoebe (Guards Cora x Banksgate Jupiter), joined the herd - a very exciting and much longed for experience for her. She was very much put in her place (bottom of the pecking order) but it took only a couple of days for her to be accepted in :)

Our stunning 3 year old filly, Banksgate Beauty (Banksgate Pollyanna x Drybarrows Dynasty). I love 3 year olds. They grow and develop so much in their third year. Looking forward to watching Beauty's progress over the next twelve months 🥰

Introducing the newest member of the herd, Guards Phoebe (by Banksgate Jupiter). We have Jupiter's dam, Aunt, maternal and paternal Grand-dams in the herd and, when Phoebe was offered for sale, the opportunity was taken to have a foal by him too and what a lovely foal she is with the very sweetest of temperaments. Welcome little Phoebe to your new herd, where you will be loved and appreciated and kept as naturally as possible in the beautiful Welsh, coastal, countryside ❤️

And now, the oldest member of our herd, Carrock Sally Ann by Lunesdale Lucky Jim out of Townend Lucy she will be 31 years old this coming year. She has never ailed a day in her life, no colic, no lameness or any of the usual (these days) ailments. She has the best and hardest of feet, has lived out all her life and never worn a rug. She has bred many, many foals too. Pictured yesterday, her movement is remarkably free of stiffness in her joints. A spartan pony with a huge life force ❤️
