"I'm Gabi, and I’m excited to now be a member of the Paragon Pet Care team!

I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and being able to work closely with them every day is truly fulfilling.

I have previously worked on the client care side of a busy veterinary practice where I gained a strong understanding of what pets and their owners need to feel supported and comfortable and look forward to using this knowledge to make sure your pets feel safe and cared for during their visit!

I currently have two lurchers at home, Herbie that we rescued when he was 1 years old and he is now 6, and Bambi who I adopted after she was brought into the vets as a stray when she was 12 weeks old! She is now almost 3.

I love spending time with them and taking them for long walks and exploring new places!"

Kayleigh conducted some cat training this morning, as you can see from Jasmin's face, it got their brains ticking 😆

The objectives of the session were to understand our systematic approach to a cat visit, where the cat is an indoor cat that is very nervous of new people, and to learn how to allocate time to specific tasks during a visit. For example, finding the bowls? 10 seconds. Checking the client notes? Atleast 60 seconds to be thorough 🐈‍⬛
