Hiya everyone, I hope you are all having a great weekend.
Please please please can people take a bit more effort to settle your payments on time, whether it’s Hannah or myself coming out to treat your horses our payment terms are payment on the day, we appreciate not everyone gets signal on every yard, month after month we are spending Hours doing bank recs and then messaging asking for payment. Most of our amazing customers DO pay on the day but many are left with an invoice for payment later that day. For the 3rd month in a row we are left with almost £1000.00 outstanding, as a small business we cannot justify providing people with this level of credit month after month. If this continues we will have no choice but to start declining our services to those who will not honour their payment on time
