❤️WAITING LIST OPENING & UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS- PLEASE READ TILL END❤️
Hello everyone! 2022 was a tough year in that I lost some of my beloved senior four legged customers, this means I now have a few select spaces on my books for new customers. Since my books have been closed well over a year I have in excess of 160 messages from people asking to book in, unfortunately it’s just not viable to go through them all individually from first to last so I have decided to open a waiting list for new customers. Please note I will not be taking on any aggressive or nervous dogs at present as I do not have the allocated time for training. If your dog shows aggression at any point during the groom they will be sent home immediately. Please only message if your dog is regularly groomed and used to the process. I will not be offering weekend appointments unfortunately however do late nights for those who work full time. My puppy slots are full already for the year so I will be taking on adult dogs only. If you would like added to my list please tell me your dog’s name, breed, age, and what days/times work best for appointments and should I become available I will be in touch. I will try my best to reply to everyone however I’m predicting a high volume of requests so please bear with me. I will update my Automated reply when the list is full.
As for my terms and conditions any no show’s or last minute cancellations without good reason will have to pay the full amount of the appointment missed, and the next upfront before booking. This is regardless if you are a regular or not as no show’s affect a small business like mine greatly.
