Dear All,

I'm really sorry to do this but after so many short notice cancellations, I am going to start taking a deposit for all services, Behaviour Consults, One to One Training and Puppy classes.
I have resisted this for some years, but as as small business attending peoples homes - trying to fill cancelled slots short notice were people have to adjust their working hours is just not feasible.
