We are appealing for information after a sheep was attacked in a field in the Innerleithen area.
Around midday on Saturday, 14 October, police received a report of a livestock attack at Caerleebank, Peebles Road, Innerleithen, where the sheep was found dead.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
