Good Morning Everyone

You might have seen that the A65 outside us is closed today due to a road incident. The best way to get to us is via Westhouse Road. We are all okay here and our thoughts are with the people that were involved in the incident.

To our lovely customers,

We here at Chalybeate have made the decision to close on Saturday afternoons for the foreseeable future. This has been a decision we have been thinking about for a while now and we hope you respect our decision. Still open Monday-Friday 10-12 & 2-5 but from now on Saturdays and Sundays we will be open 10-12.

SANTA PAWS IS COMING TO TOWN!

And he’s coming faster than you think! Don’t forget to get your fur babies booked in over the xmas and new year period here at Chalybeate Kennels❄️ Our opening hours are the same as usual during this time.

Closed 12pm December 24th-Back open 27th December

Closed 12pm New Years Eve -Back open 2nd January

Christmas is such a special time and we are grateful we get to spend it with all your fur babies that come for a holiday with us 🐾 local resident Bunty can’t wait!

With the summer holiday season approaching fast, just a reminder to book your fur babies for a Chalybeate staycation well in advance as we are filling up fast!

We love a full kennels and cattery and are so grateful for our lovely customers constant support, especially during the quieter times during COVID19, so we wouldn’t want your four legged friends to miss out on a stay with us💗🐾🐶🐱🐹🐰

Just to remind our lovely customers that our prices went up on June the 1st😁. We have LOVED seeing all our four legged friends return for their stays and have missed you all soooo much!!! We really do have the best job in the world and also the best customers❤️🐾

I hope all my lovely customers have had a great Christmas and have a very happy new year!❤️ this year has been very strange during these hard times and I have missed my 4 legged friends so SO much☹️ I have all my fingers and toes crossed that next year will be better and I will be able to see you all again soon with open arms for lots of cuddles and lots of treats!!🐾🐱🐶 stay safe and I will see you soon!

Our longest employee at chalybeate and practically third daughter Nicole Johnson gave birth to the most beautiful baby boy Luke Albert Ambler this year and isn’t he the cutest!!! Please please PLEASE could my lovely customers give this original photo on photobaby’s page a like so little Luke can win!!! 🐾❤️###

🐾CALLING ALL CHALYBEATE KENNELS AND CATTERY CUSTOMERS🐾
Because we are missing your lovely fur babies during these quiet times we have decided to create a mood board in our shop displaying pictures of our lovely customers that come and stay with us🐶🐱🐰
If you would like your pets to be included please send us some pictures for us to use! We can’t wait to see you all again in the future and hope you are all well and keeping safe during these difficult circumstances.

To all our lovely customers. Just to let you know we are open and looking forward to seeing you and looking after your animals again. We have missed their company. Please can we ask if you have booked your pet in, when dropping off, please can you keep your dogs on the lead. If there is another customer in the shop please be aware of the 2 metre rule. We would like to keep all customers safe and the staff too. The opening and closing times are the same. (Monday to Friday 10-12 for morning drop offs. 2 - 5 pm for afternoon drop offs. Sundays 10-12 only)
If you have any symptom of Covid-19 then please ask someone else to drop off your pet if you are unwell and need us to look after your pet. Stay safe and look forward to seeing you 🐾
