Little Cat pretty much spent the whole week relaxing in the hammock.
Formerly Baby, she's one of my NELAR fosters, she came to stay with her big 'brother' Tommy. She's now living her best life with every day being an adventure in the stables and fields at home.

Well, that's it, the decorations are down, and Christmas seems like a distant memory.
I'm looking forward to the days getting longer and eventually a bit warmer!
Monday, I'll be back in full flow grooming after having a much needed break.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding after a very difficult year. Your support means so much to me.
I'm also very grateful for the lovely Christmas gifts, I feel so lucky to have such lovely customers and friends.
I wish everyone all the best for 2024!

Sorry to the customers that I've had to postpone over the last week or so. It's in the best interests of the dogs as they are already struggling in the heat. I'll be in touch over the next few days to try and get everyone rescheduled, but we may have to play it by ear.
In the meantime, keep yourselves and your pups cool. There are lots of ways you can help them, most importantly, don't walk them in the heat, even late at night its still very warm. Make sure they have access to plenty of cool, fresh water. Keep them out the sun and give them access to the coolest part of the house.
Maia has tucked herself away in the spare room where its nice and quiet and cool. 🐶
