Leave door open until fire well established (about 30 minutes)

Light laid fire. Add a few more logs after 5 or 6 minutes. Add again after 20 mins then make the fire bigger after about 30 mins, filling the whole burner. Leave the door ajar to help air flow.

Hot tub will be ready after 90 mins in summer (2 hours in winter).
