Hey every one just a quick reminder of a few of my policies

🦗Fleas - please keep your dogs flea treatments up to date especially at this time of year as fleas are currently very active

💩- please ensure your dogs are toileted before they arrive for their appointments

🪮- Please be mindful with the length of time between appointments. Every coat type is different and your appointment needs to be based on your dogs individual needs

📔- Advance bookings are strongly advised to secure your next appointment and guarantee you a suitable time slot

❌- All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require payment in full

💰- All payments must be received with in 48 hours of the groom unless otherwise agreed prior

🕰️- Please arrive at your allocated time for your appointment and Prompt collection is required for me to maintain my 1-1 grooming service which many of my clients dogs require
