Shedding season is in full swing! 💨

Yesterday I had the pleasure of grooming this cutie Winnie and wow, was she ready for a good deshed! Fur was flying everywhere after her soothing mud bath 🛁✨

This treatment is amazing for helping loosen excess coat, soothe sensitive skin, and support healthy skin underneath 🫶

The hardest part of my job is getting messages about my older furry friends no longer being with us. 🌈

Special bonds are formed and I get to know their quirks and personalities. 💕 And yes, I do cry over the loss of your furry friends, and often think about those I’ve lost over the years 🥺

But… I also love the messages months or years later saying, “Say hello to Parker” 🫶

It’s time to create a new bond and watch them grow from a fluffy pup with zero attention span 😂 into a confident & happy furry friend! 🧡

POLICY REMINDER ❗️

🐾My current working hours are Monday to Thursday.

🐾 Grooming prices are based on maintaining a regular grooming schedule. Coats that exceed their recommended timeframe will require additional time and work, and extra charges will apply.

🐾 If your dog is matted, additional charges will be added due to the extra time, skill, and wear on equipment required.

🐾 When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation text, followed by a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment (around 9am).

🐾 It is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge. Non-payment will result in no further bookings being accepted.

🐾 Failure to attend your appointment (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge. Non-payment will result in no further bookings being accepted.

🐾 Lateness: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled as this affects the rest of the day and other clients. Charges may apply.

🐾 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please message me directly on 07702 672991.

🐾 Please do not reply to the automated booking system, as these messages are not received and charges will still apply.
