Tips for cooling treats 🍦💜

On a hot day, frozen treats, ice cubes, or ice in your dog’s water can be a simple and effective way to help them cool down and in most cases, they’re perfectly safe when given with a little care.

Very hard ice can, in rare cases, chip teeth, particularly in dogs with existing dental issues, and there is a small risk of choking with larger pieces. To reduce this, opt for smaller ice cubes or slightly softened frozen treats and always supervise your dog while they enjoy them. For dogs with dental concerns, frozen treats can even be blended into a slushie for easier eating.
