Back to back animals this weekend. So I called in the big guns! Absolutely love that he can help me now with work. I'm a big believer that children should be outside, playing in dirt, staining their clothes and learning to care for animals. It is my responsibility to make sure I am raising a wonderful caring man. ❤️

Quick update, I have been studying a degree in Local Government hence why I have been quiet but I am please to say I have finally finished and passed!! A qualification, children and work has certainly been challenging but I wanted to have this under my belt to improve my children's lives ready for when Arthur goes to school. Arthur is still a cheeky chappy who is obsessed with Tractors, motorbikes, cars, basically anything with an engine or anything he can build he loves it ❤️

We added a new member to the gang. This is Narla, my fox red gun dog (in training).

Oh and I got engaged to one hell of a man💍 ☺️

Life is pretty perfect at the moment ❤️

Hi all, I have been a bit quite on here as I have been so busy.

Just a quick update from me as will be a while before I can update again.

At present I am not taking on anymore clients. I get lots of messages and recommendations which I am very grateful for but I am only a 1 woman band. I am a workaholic to try and make mine and my children's life better but I have finally learnt they need me present and not always working. I am so lucky to meet so many lovely animals and their owners and will continue to look after them❤️

This time of the year can be hard on many families in terms of missed loved ones, financially and time. Dont give up! 3 years ago, I was 17 weeks pregnant, kicked out of my home (he had an affair), depressed, desperate, had Arthur premature and he was poorly in intensive care etc.

Fast forward to present, wow, life is bloody amazing and can change quickly if your willing to put in the graft. I have a beautiful house, Arthur is nearly 2, I have an amazing employed job where I make a difference to people, I am studying again after 16 years and out the blue I have found an amazing man who has taken on the role of dad to Arthur and he also has an amazing son who I love ❤️.

Will and Rose are thriving at school etc and Arthur also sees his other other brother and sister who he loves ❤️.

From a small, fragile baby, Arthur has flourished into what I can only describe as a whirlwind! He is so powerful and confident who is obsessed with tractors, motorbikes and food 😆 (sounds just like me.)

Sometimes I wanted to give up, but normal people never give up especially when children are involved. Whilst Arthur only has half a family that is bothered about him, that is all he will ever need. Love isn't about numbers of people, it's about the love given by those people. Massive shout out and love to those who stand up and show up. Your children will love you forever ❤️

I wanted to wish you all a very merry christmas and happy new year. Spend time with your family and friends and literally f*ck anyone off who doesn't bring peace or love to you, blood or not.

Bear grills style weekend! Bbq, zip line, pool party, rides in the trucks, dumper trucks, camping, motorbikes and breakfast alfresco, all with the kiddies and good friends.

There is something so nice about seeing children play outside, build fires, play in the trees and get dirty!

Arthur had his first proper ride on a motorbike and absolutely loved it!

Just a reminder to all my clients, I am completely booked up until October and unfortunately I am not looking to take on anymore clients at present to ensure I can provide the best care to your animals whilst spending as much time with my children ❤️

Fathers day always brings me anxiety and worry. Arthur is too young to understand what fathers day is or means. But as they get older or when they get to school, they always make fathers day gifts and I worry he will be confused, upset and left out. We need to normalise that not every child has a dad due to either sadly passing away or the child may not be wanted, like Arthur.

I have thought about this alot on how to protect him and I always seem to adopt my parenting by closely following the behaviour of animals. Its amazing how much guidance animals can give without actually speaking. As with animals, mums and dad's gets adopted onto the babies. Take lambs for example, cover an orphan lamb in a dead lambs skin and usually the ewe accepts that lamb as her own, with neither the ewe or the lamb non the wiser. There are many you tube videos of this and I highly recommend that anyone watch it to fully understand the process.

Fathers day to me is someone who is there for Arthur no matter what. Fathers day is for brothers, Grandads, mums, and any other male/female who shows up and never gives up.

Lets normalise fathers day and mothers day as anyone that supports children day in day out. ❤️

Arthur was on animal duty today and made sure that the chickens were safely away in their coop although he did try to climb in and join them. I thought he would be fascinated with the pigs but he cried when I took him away from the chickens 🐔 😆

MANDATORY MICROCHIPPING FOR CATS

Cat owners could face a fine of up to £500 if they fail to microchip their pet under a law coming into force on 10 June.

There are more than nine million pet cats in England - but as many as 2.3 million are unchipped.

Microchips mean lost, stray or stolen cats can be reunited with their owners.

I think we all know that most outdoor cats like to wonder off and not come back for a little while, my cat certainly has. However, she usually comes home for dinner and breakfast!

Here is a gorgeous pic of mittens, who we lost for ages, turns out she was snuggled up in one of Rose's play boxes and we thought she was a teddy! 🤦‍♀️

FLEDGLINGS

I keep seeing lots of post of people bringing in fledglings that they have found outdoors.

However tempting, interfering with a young bird like this will do more harm than good. Fledglings are extremely unlikely to be abandoned by their parents. Just because you can't see the adult birds does not mean that they're not there. The parents are probably just away collecting food - or are hiding nearby, keeping a watchful eye, or even being frightened away from their youngster by your presence. You should leave fledglings where they are, in the care of their own parents.

Removing a fledgling from the wild reduces its chances of long-term survival to a small fraction, and is a very last resort - only if it's injured or has definitely been abandoned or orphaned.

My baby days are well and truly over!!!!!

However, puppy days are beginning. Just look at these gorgeous puppies where I have been working. 😍😍😍🐶 I love their little grumbles/barks when they are puppies.
