Hi everyone! I thought I’d pop on and write a quick introduction to my business Elite Canine Co, launching very soon!
I have always been passionate about dogs In every way. Since being a young child I used to spend hours training my childhood dog new tricks after school, which always impressed my parents as they never thought our middle aged rescue dog could ever be trained, especially not by a child. Yet, my passion and commitment proved them wrong! And that passion and commitment towards dogs has remained the same throughout my entire life. Now I feel as though I am capable of not only training my friends/families/own dogs, but other peoples too!
I am fully DBS checked through the NHS, trained in both animal and human first aid (so you and your pooch are well looked after with me🤣) , have years of experience of training some pretty unruly pups to not be complete rascals.
In the next couple of months I will officially be starting my business, offering multiple services such as:
•Dog walking
•obedience training
•puppy socialisation (and your lucky pup will have the chance to meet one of my gorgeous dogs)
•puppy classes
•puppy 1-1 training (to nip any annoying habits in the bud before they become a bigger issue, a lot of issues pups don’t actually ‘grow out of’)
Alongside all the services below, I will also be helping you as the owner understand your puppy better and how to manage their behaviour, because sometimes us owners need a bit of training too🩷
My dog walks can also include basic obedience training, such as walking nicely on the lead, recall, sitting, etc (teaching your pup good manners makes walks a lot more enjoyable for both parties involved!)
One thing I really felt was important when setting up my business was making sure that my dog training services are fairly priced. I strongly believe that owners shouldn’t have to pay thousands for a good reliable trainer, as unruly behaviour is a lot more common in dogs than people may think. Every dog has their own quirks, but some we don’t have to put up with just because hiring a dog trainer is too overpriced (no bad recall or peeing on the carpet around here thank you!)
