This service is suitable for all toy, small and medium dogs that need clipping or styling as part of their grooming appointment. Full groom includes bath & blow dry, clipping/scissor styling to either breed standard style or owner preference, dead hair removal, ear & nail care. You can reasonably expect to pay more than the starting price for:
• Matted, poorly maintained and/or overgrown coats
• Pets which are difficult to manage or uncooperative during grooming
• Overweight pets or oversized for the breed standard
• Timid, anxious or nervous pets, which require frequent breaks & may need special handling
Bathing £28 - £38
Suitable for dogs that do not require clipping or styling, either short haired breeds or maintenance bathing in between full grooms. This includes full bath & blow dry, ears & paws care, dead hair removal/brush out, sanitary clipping if needed. Puppy groom - from £35
For puppies between 3-6 month of age, includes bath & dry, tidy trim around face, paws and bum , ears & nail care

FLEAS
If you think that your dog has fleas, or you suspect them please DO NOT bring your pet to be groomed. You must treat them at home and only then after a period of a few days can your grooming request take place. If your pet is found to have fleas when they come to be groomed, there will be an automatic charge of £10 added to your bill. When your pet comes with fleas it need to be bathed in flea shampoo and then the place needs to be "deep clean" and sprayed to kill any fleas that have escaped and prevent theirs eggs developing. TOILET BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Please ensure your dog has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before arriving. I would really appreciate if they do it before they come so I can keep the salon as clean and fresh as possible for you and other clients. AGGRESSIVE & POORLY SOCIALISED DOGS
I reserve the right to refuse to groom any at risk of harming me or itself. If your dog is accepted for grooming & displays aggression that I have not been informed of during its session, the groom will be terminated immediately. You must inform me prior to grooming if your dog has ever bitten or displayed aggression, has been muzzled previously during grooming or any other questionable behavioural instances. Failure to disclose this information may result in refusal of further services. Dogs that are uncontrollable will be sent home and the full groom charge will be made. Under the Walfare of Animal Act (2006) I will not force your dog to undergo a grooming session. Your attention is drawn to the Dangerous Dogs Act (2014), which holds owners liable for bites and injuries caused by their dog, loss of groomer working days, pay for prescription charges. Any property damage caused by your dog will also be chargeable.
