In 2018, Dragonfly Products was born out of a desire to give our beloved Cavapoo, Dolly, the best natural treats we could find. We don't like eating rubbish food ourselves, so why should things be different for our four-legged family members? Coupled with that, Dolly has an extremely sensitive tummy and so many commercial pet foods and treats didn’t suit her. Eventually, after much trial and error

, we came to the realisation that fresh and natural food worked best for Dolly. But, commercially available treats left a lot to be desired. After searching for various treats and chews, it became apparent that many, many other companies online are selling cheap, imported 'natural' treats, possibly treated with chemicals, for extortionate prices. So we set about sourcing products that were either UK or EU produced. Venturing no further than the EU, we visit our suppliers and talk to them regularly to ensure that the products we buy are 100% natural, with no additives, chemicals and flavourings added. Also, these companies are regulated by EU laws when it comes to animal welfare. Dolly is our Chief Taster, with her brother Reggie (who joined our family in 2020) as Deputy Taster. Between them, they have the deciding vote on what goes into our range. Fast forward to 2020, our customer base and range is rapidly expanding. We aim to add new products every month and stay social on Facebook and Instagram to keep our finger (and paw) on the pulse of what people want. We have now added Dry Dog Food, Supplements, Toppers, Grooming Products and Raw Dog Food to our range. Our Warehouse can be found at Unit 4, Kiln Hill Industrial Estate, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5JS and is open to the general public Mon-Sat 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Backed by a truly fantastic team of crazy dog lovers, there is always someone on hand to give you advice and guidance on our range. We don't offer our products at wholesale, so you can only buy Dragonfly Products items from us directly. 💦 Ludo’s Story 💦

Meet Ludo — our 17-week-old German Shepherd puppy who’s learning to swim!

Contrary to popular belief, not every dog is a natural in the water — but with a bit of encouragement (and a lot of splashing), they soon get there. Ludo’s mum, Clare, loves wild swimming and is hoping he’ll be able to join her on her adventures one day.

This is only Ludo’s second session, and while he’s a little hesitant getting in at first, he soon finds his confidence under Cerys’s gentle guidance. We’re already seeing that spark of bravery shining through — and we can’t wait to watch it grow.

Our swim sessions are suitable from 16 weeks and it’s never too early to get your pup started! If you are interested in booking your dog in please get in touch.

✨ New Product Alert: XL Pizzles Have Landed! ✨

Never in my life did I think I’d spend so much time talking about wi***es… bull wi***es, to be exact. 🙈 But here we are — and honestly, the dogs are loving it.

We’re very excited to introduce the newest (and longest!) member of our pizzle family — the XL Pizzle. Measuring a mighty 24cm, these whoppers are perfect for bigger dogs or serious chewers who like a good challenge. 🐾

And while we’re on the subject, good news for the little ones — Puppy Pizzles are back! Light, thin, and perfect for smaller mouths or toy breeds who still want in on the action.

💦 Dasha’s Story 💦

When Hazel first brought Dasha to us, he was really struggling.

Arthritis in all four limbs and elbow dysplasia in both front legs — walking was painful, and stairs were out of the question.
But look at him now.

With regular hydrotherapy, Dasha’s been building strength, easing that joint pain, and moving more freely every week.

He’s happier, stronger, and back to enjoying his walks (and the occasional muddy puddle).

Hydrotherapy isn’t just about swimming — it’s about giving dogs like Dasha a new lease of life.

Why Dragonfly Products?

Dragonfly Products is a small family run online business nestled in the heart of West Yorkshire. We have grown very quickly and now occupy a large warehouse in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield with an outlet shop stocking our treats and dog food alongside a large selection of raw dog foods (DAF and Natural Instinct).

Dragonfly Products was born out of a desire to feed our beautiful Cavapoo, Dolly, the best food we could find. Dolly is fussy. We feed her a raw diet due to her fussiness as it is the only thing she will happily eat (obviously the benefits are endless but I strongly believe what we feed our dogs is a personal choice). However, we struggled to find natural treats to accompany her raw diet that were portable (no one wants to carry raw meat with them on a walk!), healthy and ethically sourced.

Many of you won’t know but a HUGE percentage of natural pet treats such as ears, dehydrated meat etc are imported from China and other far flung places where animal welfare is not a top priority. That doesn’t sit comfortably with us. We’d rather pay a little more and know our treats are ethical.
