In 2018, Dragonfly Products was born out of a desire to give our beloved Cavapoo, Dolly, the best natural treats we could find. We don't like eating rubbish food ourselves, so why should things be different for our four-legged family members? Coupled with that, Dolly has an extremely sensitive tummy and so many commercial pet foods and treats didn’t suit her. Eventually, after much trial and error
, we came to the realisation that fresh and natural food worked best for Dolly. But, commercially available treats left a lot to be desired. After searching for various treats and chews, it became apparent that many, many other companies online are selling cheap, imported 'natural' treats, possibly treated with chemicals, for extortionate prices. So we set about sourcing products that were either UK or EU produced. Venturing no further than the EU, we visit our suppliers and talk to them regularly to ensure that the products we buy are 100% natural, with no additives, chemicals and flavourings added. Also, these companies are regulated by EU laws when it comes to animal welfare. Dolly is our Chief Taster, with her brother Reggie (who joined our family in 2020) as Deputy Taster. Between them, they have the deciding vote on what goes into our range. Fast forward to 2020, our customer base and range is rapidly expanding. We aim to add new products every month and stay social on Facebook and Instagram to keep our finger (and paw) on the pulse of what people want. We have now added Dry Dog Food, Supplements, Toppers, Grooming Products and Raw Dog Food to our range. Our Warehouse can be found at Unit 4, Kiln Hill Industrial Estate, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5JS and is open to the general public Mon-Sat 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Backed by a truly fantastic team of crazy dog lovers, there is always someone on hand to give you advice and guidance on our range. We don't offer our products at wholesale, so you can only buy Dragonfly Products items from us directly.
