7 years ago Ornate and Phil sprinted to the win in the Epsom Dash🏇🏻💨 on derby day in front of the huge crowds🎉

And today he’s loving life his new dressage career, dancing his ways to win in a much slower pace🤣

Show jumping & Grid work to say this horse hasn’t done much jumping he was brilliant, each time getting more confident🙌🏻

Ornate went to his first competition🥺 for an ex sprinter who has broke track records teaching him to go slow has and still a challenge! But we’ve made such good progress I thought it’s time to enter him🫣 so off we went to do 2 intro tests (we’re still working on cantering slowly) producing 2 good scores of 65% and 67% 💪🏻

He behaved perfectly couldn’t be more pleased🥰

ROR Winter Champs💚

Boris jumping his way to a win🥇
Kalganov dancing his way to 12th in a big class for the prelim championship a big ask after only doing a handful of shows🫣
Then jumping his way to a 4th, completing his first ever course of jumps in a competition environment and managing to hold it together for an individual show🙌🏻
And of course the old pro Boris posing as the highest placed veteran🥰 even though he threw his place away by bucking in his show (felt like he had a fly on him not like him!) you can’t not love him🫶🏻

Overall so proud of them both💚
