MONDAY
Taekwondo
5-6pmTigers Taekwondo (4 to 7 years )
6-7pm Junior Taekwondo ( 8-11 years )
7-9pm adult training


TUESDAY
Boxing 6-8:30pm

Taekwondo
Ladies only 6-7pm

WEDNESDAY
Taekwondo

12- 2 sparring and black belt only

10:30-11:15 kittens ( pre-school )
11:30-12:30 leopards ( reception & year 1 )

Poomsae Team!! If you have not replied to my email about the Bluewave comp in September and want to attend can you please confirm by replying to the email by tomorrow before 7:30pm. Payment links will then be sent with the deadline of Friday this week as we have to pay to secure places. Anyone not responding by then will be removed from the system.
