A horse had a bit of a scrape in the field with another, as they do!

Wound cleaned and dressed with Fabtek wound dressing.

Other leg had superficial hair loss and a layer of skin but vet said to leave. Healing pic for comparison.

The wound dressing was applied and no other treatment topically.

Horse had Bute and antibiotics administered orally.

So the ground is currently hard but once the big defrost happens, we are back to mud, glorious mud!

Day 2 of the degloved with Fabtek bandage pads and dressing for higher up the leg.

No swelling and the wounds clean and healing very well.

One of our sponsored riders sent this today.

Her horse degloved his legs when kicking out at a fence. Spring grass fever!

Cleaning and washing off the legs, she placed the uniquely designed Fabtek bandage pads to the lower legs and a dressing on the upper thigh.

Dressing change after day 1 - as you can see the healing is really impressive and the legs have not filled with the swelling going down.
