We have a big announcement to make, Michael has decided that the time has come to retire after 40 years.

The last day of trading will be the 1st October unless anyone is interested in taking over the business. If you are interested then please contact Michael directly via email [email protected] or you can phone Michael on Mondays or Saturdays on 01403 268152.

We are still trading as normal until the end of summer.

Morning everybody as the clocks have changed and we plunge into darkness in the evenings we have changed our opening times
Monday -Friday 9:30-4:30
Saturday 9:30-5:00
Sunday 10:00-4:00

🐢 This little terrapin (Who we have called Terrence) has come into our care this week. The little guy was sadly abandoned in a little box at pets at home behind their cat food to which they brought him to us for care and to find him his forever home.

We are finding that unfortunately the abandonment of animals is becoming a more frequent occurance as more and more animals are coming into our care this way.

Please make sure you do your research into any pet you are considering. If circumstances do change in an unforseen way and you can no longer provide the care required then please come to us and ask about rehoming options, we will always do our best to help if we are able regardless of the reason for the rehome, and if we can't we will try to point you in the right direction of someone who can.
