It's ! And we're celebrating by telling you a little bit about senior kitizen Muffin who is looking for a lovely retirement home.

Muffin is described as the perfect lap cat. This confident girl is very chatty and just adores people, so is ideally looking for a home with some company during the day. She's affectionate, loves being stroked, and enjoys being made a fuss of so would love to be the centre of attention.

Think you can give this beautiful, cuddly girl a home? Please get in touch via our website: https://www.cats.org.uk/horsham -20165

MISSING: Percy from the Kerves Lane area. Microchipped. If you’re local please keep an eye out for this boy and check outbuildings in case he’s trapped inside. 🐱

Repost from John
Our lilac British short haired cat, Percy, has gone missing from the Kerves Lane area.

He has never previously left the garden so we are very concerned about him (note he isn’t a very good jumper, so hasn’t been able to climb the fence until this incident). We are very concerned he may be somewhere that he is unable to get back from, due to not being a very good jumper/climber.

He is microchipped and there have been no reportings of him at the vets.

If anyone sees him, please let me know as we are very worried.

Update: George is home. Found in a neighbours garage after the owner posted a leaflet through the door. 😀💙💙

MISSING: George, just coming up to 1 year has not returned home since Sunday. He hasn’t long been going outside and never tends to go far. From Church Road in Broadbridge Heath near to the playing fields. George is microchipped and does not have a collar. If you’re local please check garages & sheds carefully as he may be trapped inside. 🐱

Hello, my name is Bailey and, as you can see, I am a beautiful long-haired tabby and white girl aged 4 years.

I am a bit shy when I meet new people, but as I get to know you I really am very friendly - I just need a little time and patience. I am looking for a quiet adult home or possibly one with calm older children aged 12 years and older, and would need to be an only pet. When I am settled and ready to go out, I would love my very own garden (not communal) to explore and relax in, which must be in a safe location away from busy roads.

If you think that you’ve got the love and patience to offer me, please get in touch. I've got my paws very tightly crossed that my forever home is just around the corner.

For more information on Bailey, please visit: https://www.cats.org.uk/horsham -22989

This volunteer role is home-based with communications managed via e-mail and Facebook.

As we are all aware, unfortunately, our feline friends can occasionally stray or get lost, which can be extremely distressing for their owners. Our lost & found volunteers are passionate about reuniting lost cats and bringing families back together. They help cats and their owners by advertising lost cats and providing support, advice and guidance to people searching for their cats.

What can you expect to be doing?
● Responding to e-mail enquiries from the public about lost and found cats
● Keeping up-to-date records of lost and found cats
● Matching cats that are reported lost with those reported found
● Advertising lost and found cats
● Providing help and information to owners about their lost cats

The person who undertakes this role will develop new skills, expand their feline knowledge and make a significant contribution to improving the lives of cats and owners reuniting them.

If you think this could be you, please contact our branch leader on [email protected].
