We’re making it easier than ever to keep your pets protected! 🐾

To help you stay on top of vaccinations, we’ve partnered with RSVP, a trusted call centre team and have set up a dedicated Vaccination Booking Service. This service will be reaching out to you on our behalf to offer convenient booking options for your pet’s vaccination appointments and Wellness Screenings. You’ll receive a friendly reminder call, so you can easily schedule an appointment at a time that suits you best! 🗓️

This partnership allows us to focus more on providing excellent care, while the Vaccination Booking Service ensures no vaccinations are missed. Feel free to book directly with us, or simply look out for the call from our new service!

🐾Important update for our wonderful DogsnHomes supporters🐾

As of the end of July, we will no longer be a donation point for DogsnHomes. They’ve made the difficult decision to pause donation collections, for shipment to Ukraine, for the time being.

DogsnHomes is truly grateful for all the incredible donations received so far. However, the ongoing process of collecting, sorting, storing and building pallets has become very demanding on their time and energy.

They will continue sending smaller amounts of aid to shelters they support in Portugal, but can no longer manage the same volume of donations as before.

We will still be providing a drop-off point for the Hart Food Bank for pet food donations ONLY. They cannot accept items of bedding/blankets/toys etc.

There have been major accidents on the M3 which has resulted in M3 closure between junctions 7 and 5.
As a result, the surrounding roads are experiencing heavy traffic.
Please bear this in mind when journeying to us, and if you feel you’re not going to able to make your non-urgent appointment, please give us a call to reschedule.
