📦 A little update from us!
We know it can be frustrating when you pop in and what you need isn't on the shelf, your orders not arrived, or our suppliers have let us down. We've been thinking hard about how to fix that and ended up creating our own order management system to handle recurring orders, in-store collections and local deliveries.
Here's what that means for you:
🐾 Something not on our shelves? Need to setup recurring or scheduled orders with us? Tell us what you need and we will order it in for you so your floof's favourites are always ready and waiting!
🐾Get notified when your order's placed, when it arrives, and if there are any delays, no more wasted trips!
🐾 Need larger items like large kibble bags? Frozen food? Live feed? We can now schedule those on a recurring basis too for those bits you just cant do without.
🐾 Local delivery is available for just £2 for the heavy stuff you just can't carry home
🐾 For orders over £40 we ask for a small £10 deposit, which gets deducted from your total when you collect or on delivery.
Just have a quick chat with one of the team next time you're in. We'll take your details and get everything set up. For deliveries, we can even take card payments at the door!
