Just a friendly reminder that any services cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
Our walks and daycare sessions are carefully planned in advance, with staffing levels, group numbers and transport routes all organised around confirmed bookings. Last-minute cancellations still incur these costs as can have a significant impact on the day's logistics.

With the help of Rachel, we did group 4 and 5 together to get them all out and back before mid day. A very enjoyable and funny walk as Rachel ended up wading into the muddy puddle to retrieve a ball, (never found it) and almost fell over... once out, tess decided to play tug on Rachel's socks and Kenny was so enthusiastic with lovings that he pushed rach over backwards... I obviously went to her aid, once I stopped laughing.🤣

Our last official walk with the lovely rocky. Ive walked rocky for years, so long I cant remember ever not walking him. Hes now off on his new adventure by the sea with his humans. I wish them all well but will miss rocky alot.
