Exceptionally handsome boys from great genetics with stunning fleece quality.
Patou Nevsky is a beautiful brown colour, while Otterview Nero is a stunning black, with a few very light brown spots. We are hopeful to add some colour to our cria next year 😍

Nev and Kev settled in well with Dave & Ron, but since shearing we have bought them over to start a new herd with our 4 yearlings. They are a lovely group of boys 😍

Cria number 5 made an EARLY appearance on Sunday morning. My guess would be around 5/6am. By the time I got up baby was up, feeding, dry and fluffy!
A beautiful little girl who is still to be named. She wasn't weighed until the following day as she has a VERY protective mumma 🥰 A very healthy 9.18 kg.

Another early start this morning welcoming cria number 3 😍
One of the quickest births we've ever had! The girls ate their breakfast all was fine. No sooner had I reached the bottom of the field we had nose and toes out! By the time I had the birthing bag baby was born 😍

Nice and early on Thursday morning ( whilst pouring down with rain ) we welcomed cria number 2. A beautiful baby girl ❤️ 8.23kg
Being on site we could see out of the window and were able to dry baby immediately and put mum and cria into the shelter.
Lots of hay, water and a big breakfast for mum 😋 The girls stayed nice and close which helped Flops settle. When separated they feel very vulnerable, so it's important to keep the girls together 😍
As soon as the sun came out Flops and her new cria went out to the paddock. It was an extremely long stressful day....the new cria took a very long time to feed 😔

Beautiful Eddie 😍
Loving a neck scratch. Eddie has been shorn now and due her baby very soon. Usually she is up to mischief and causing trouble! The last couple of days she has been very quiet, laying down a lot....saving her energy ❤️🦙

Lot's of lovely sunshine, but the girls are hot! They are patiently waiting their hair cuts ✂️ Shearing day very soon. They look so strange after 🤣

Baby Alan is doing well 😍 very bouncy and gaining weight.

Last years cria growing wonderfully.

I managed to catch Frida mid yawn. Alpaca don't have top front teeth. That makes them great for keeping the grass down without ripping it out at the root! They have very sharp back teeth, top and bottom as I found out! While checking Mike's teeth he bit my finger 🤦🏽‍♀️ absolutely my fault 🤣

More welcomed sunshine 🌞
Dave Jr is growing into an absolute double of his Sire 😍

Alpaca fleece this time of year is so thick and fluffy, they are so cute 😍 It will be a huge shock on shearing day!

Tim has always been a little shy ( like his mum, the herd matriarch) but is becoming more friendly every day. Loving my welly in this video 🤷🏽‍♀️🦙🦙
