š¾ Notice of Boarding Rate Increase š¾
1st April 2026
We wish to advise customers that our boarding rates will rise on 1st April 2026 (in accordance with our annual Boarding Rate Review, which takes into account annual increases in external and inflationary costs).
ā¢ From 1st April 2026 the daily boarding rate will rise to Ā£32 per day, with a discount of 15% for 2 or more dogs sharing;
ā¢ Long stays ie more than 30 days shall be discounted at 15%.;
ā¢ Bank Holiday surcharge Ā£15 per kennel;
ā¢ Where we offer occasional daycare this will be at Ā£24 per day with a 10% discount for 3 or more days per week.
We know that this is a larger annual increase than in previous years and trust that you understand that it is necessary to provide you and your pet with the quality of service and care that you have come to expect from us. However, if you wish to cancel your booking with us, including over the summer we are happy to refund your deposit in full.
