Hello everyone! Apologies for the lengthy post, but please take a moment to read it.
We are consistently fully booked AT LEAST 12 weeks in advance, so we strongly recommend having at least two appointments booked in at all times. This has been the case for many years so anyone that uses our services, knows that advance booking is necessary.
If appointments are not booked in advance and our schedule is full when your dog is due, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate last-minute requests. It’s the owner’s responsibility to book appointments to stay on top of their dog’s grooming schedule.
In recent months, I’ve received many urgent calls from clients needing immediate appointments because their dogs are overdue for grooming. As much as I want to help, finding last-minute availability has impacted my work-life balance. While I always try to accommodate, I won’t be able to continue doing this.
A reminder about pricing: Grooming costs depend on several factors, including frequency (5/6 weekly or 7/8 weekly). Extending beyond the recommended schedule can lead to higher fees, as well as potential issues like overgrown nails and matting, which can impact your dog’s comfort and welfare.
