We welcome both horses and ponies for work and offer a professional, tailored approach to suit each individual. Plenty of experience in producing and developing young horses and ponies, with proven results. A strong emphasis is placed on time, patience, and correct groundwork and flatwork, ensuring each horse is given the very best possible foundation.

Experienced in competitive showjumping at both national and international level, including prestigious shows such as HOYS, Bolesworth and the London International Horse Show, as well as representing Great Britain on pony teams.

Combines this experience with the ability to adapt to a wide range of horses, maintaining a consistently high standard of horsemanship, supported by a BHS Stage 3 qualification and strong competence in both riding and horse management.

Works closely with owners and clients throughout each horse’s stay, providing regular updates to ensure you can follow their progress and development every step of the way.

Professional competition riding services available, with the flexibility to meet you at competitions.

Coaching available for riders of all abilities, offering both flatwork and jumping lessons. Private, semi private and group lessons can be held at your yard or at my base. Working closely with riders to target specific areas for improvement, tailoring each session to individual goals and needs.

Based in Halkyn, Flintshire, our yard benefits from excellent facilities, including:

• Post and rail paddocks

Meg made this weekend another successful one. ✨

She jumped three lovely clear rounds in the Ariat British Novice Second Rounds at Dean Valley yesterday, taking the win and qualifying for the National Championships in August. 🥇

She also produced a great double clear in the warm-up class to finish 7th. Today, she jumped well again in the Discovery Second Round, just unlucky to have a single pole.

Really pleased with how well she’s improved and jumped for me over the past few weeks. 💗

A brilliant, exciting Blue Chip Feed Winter Showjumping Championships crowned a slew of new champions, including the 'on-fire' Mark Edwards, who claimed the top two places in the Blue Chip Feed Grand Prix and the PRB Horseboxes £2,000 bonus - a very good day at the office!!

Home from a successful few days at Addington Manor Equestrian for the Blue Chip Feed Winter Championships✨

Three days of great jumping, finishing on a high with Meg taking the win in the Equiyd Ruby Championship with a quick and clear round. 🥇

She also jumped a fantastic double clear in the Joshua Jones UK Discovery Championship to finish second out of a strong field of 92 competitors, alongside some lovely rounds and additional placings in the outdoor arena. 🥈

Some great competition all week, with 120 competitors in the Equiyd Ruby Championship and only the top 30 making it through to the final.

Meg on top form all week and showing so much promise for the future. Truly living up to her name. 💜

Super proud of Meg at the Southview Winter Classic this week, where she jumped some fantastic rounds.

On day one, she produced a double clear to finish 3rd in the Discovery/1m and followed that with another double clear in the Newcomers/1.10m.

On day two, she jumped another double clear to take 2nd place in the Discovery/1m, before stepping up beautifully to the bigger tracks. She delivered a lovely clear in the first round of the RIHS Hickstead qualifier and was so unlucky to just tip the last fence in the second round. Gaining valuable experience and giving me such a positive, confident feel over the bigger fences.

A few weeks ago, she also won the Blue Chip Championship Discovery/1m qualifier, securing our fourth qualification for the championships in April.

Super excited for the future with this special mare! ❤️

After welcoming in the new year with snow on the ground and icy conditions preventing us from working the horses as we had planned or getting the horse lorry out safely, and once Storm Goretti had passed, we were finally able to venture out to our first show of the year yesterday at the Kelsall Hill Winter Classic.

Meg jumped a lovely round in the Discovery/1m finishing in the top eight placings and then stepped up to our first Newcomer/1.10m of the year with just an unlucky pole. Super pleased with how well she handled some technical tracks and spooky, bright fences.

Looking forward to getting properly underway with our upcoming shows this year after a challenging couple of years following my accident, focusing on rebuilding strength and mobility after two operations.

I have a couple spaces left for January and my February diary is now open for anybody that is interested in schooling, breaking, competition or holiday livery.

Fantastic facilities available including indoor american barn stabling, post and rail paddocks with individual turnout, washbox and horse solarium, outdoor ménage with sj fences and amazing off road hacking and bridle paths to ride over on our doorstep, perfect for improving your horses fitness and great for getting youngsters forward thinking and also plenty for them to see.
We take fantastic care of your horses and treat them as our own.
Taking on both horses and ponies above 12.2hh.

📅 THE 2026 DIARY IS NOW OPEN !! 📔✨

I am now taking bookings for schooling livery, competition livery and holiday livery.
Availability is also open for new rides in 2026 for those looking to have their horses professionally produced and competed throughout the season.
In addition, I will be welcoming new clients for flatwork, polework and jumping lessons. Private and semi-private lessons are available for all ages and abilities, either at my base or with the option for me to travel to you.
I also offer freelance schooling, hacking and jumping for those who may struggle to keep their horses fit and in regular work due to work commitments.
