Bleu, the Ragdoll boy was on my grooming table recently. He doesn't enjoy our sessions so it's usually a bit of a battle of him telling me off and me doing short bursts of grooming. 🤣😺

Bleu had some mats under his armpits, I clipped the bigger one and was able to comb the smaller one out. I then gave his coat a good de-shed with the combs. I also trimmed his murder mittens and cleaned his ears. 🐾😺

Bleu always looks like a sulky teenager after his grooms, he is a gorgeous boy though 😻😻

Cookie is very used to our grooming sessions, it doesn't mean that she likes them though! I think she's improved slightly over the years but she still likes to let me know who's boss! 🤣🤣

Cookie had some matting on her neck so I remove that with the clippers and then gave her coat a good comb through. She was pretty good until I got to her trousers and then she growled and gave me a slap! I trimmed her claws and cleaned her ears too. 🐾😺

This little pickle is Bingley, he's a young, Persian boy who had his first grooming session with me recently. Bingley was recently rescued by his new mum, he came to her in a terrible state and with some major health issues. Bingley's mum did all that she could to bring him to full health, he's a very lucky boy 💟💟

Bingley is groomed every day by his mum but she wanted me to give him a pampurr session to make sure everything is going in the right direction. His fur was in a good condition so I gave him a thorough comb through to reduce any build up of undercoat, trimmed his claws and cleaned his eyes and ears. I also trimmed his trousers fur so he stays a clean boy. 😺🐾

Bingley was a bit wriggly during his groom but he coped very well. As you can see, Bingley didn't hold a grudge after the groom as he wanted to make sure I got a close up photo of his cute face! 🤣😻

Dinky (black) and Kit (Calico) had a first time groom with me recently. They are two shorthaired girls, their mum wanted to see how they'd get on with a professional groom. 🐾😺

Dinky wasn't too keen on being on the table throughout the groom but she was a polite girl. I gave her coat a good comb through, her coat is quite dense so I was able to remove quite a lot of undercoa.

Kit was more settled on the table, she loved her face being rubbed so I was able to keep her there by making a fuss of her in between combing through her fur. 💟💟

Both Dinky and Kit had their claws trimmed and ears cleaned to finish off there pampurr session 😻😻

This young man is Obi, this was his first groom with me. He's recently been rehomed and came to his new home with a few knots and mats. His new humans tried their best to remove them but needed me to remove the rest and give him and good allover groom. 💟💟

Obi wasn't quite sure on being groomed to start with, but he gradually settled down. I clipped the mats on his chest and the odd one elsewhere. He wasn't that keen on being combed but I was able to do it gradually in between giving him some breaks. I also trimmed his claws and cleaned his ears to finish off the session. 🐾😺

I think Obi has landed on his feet in his new home, he's going to be well loved and cared for. Isn't he just the most handsome boy 😻😻

Merlin had his maintenance groom with me recently, his fur is still growing back after having a lion cut. His full length coat is very thick which mats very easily so we're going to maintain it every now and then with a lion cut to prevent matting. 🦁🦁

Merlin is a very sweet boy but he's not particularly patient during his grooms. I was able to give his fur a good comb through, trim his claws and clean his ears in between him being a wriggly worm 🪱🪱

Once the groom was over he allowed me to take a photo and then he vanished. I saw him again before I left, he decided that the lick e Lix on offer was far too good to hide for 🤣😻

Freddie is a senior, longhaired lady, she doesn't let her mum groom her much so her fur was a bit clumpy in places. 💟💟

Freddie is always very polite during her groom and she's definitely getting used to our sessions. I trimmed her claws and worked my way through he coat with the comb. There was some clumps near her flanks that I had to clip for her comfort. 😺🐾

Freddie got a bit wriggly towards the end of the groom so a couple of breaks were needed and she enjoyed some Lick e licks 😋😋 As you can see Freddie wasn't too impressed with the end result but she'll be much more comfortable 💟💟

Coco is Walter's sister, she's always quite vocal during her groom but doesn't put up too much of a fight so she's much easier to manage 😻😻

We managed to catch her coat before any mats developed, so I just did good comb through to remove the dead undercoat, trimmed her claws and cleaned her ears. 🐾😺

Coco decided to relax (hide) in her teepee afterwards 😻🤣

Walter is a young Maine c**n boy, he's not a fan of being groomed so it's never an easy session with him. 😺🐾

Walter is a big boy and pretty wriggly, so I split his session up to give him a 20 min break while I groomed his sister Coco. Walter always gets mats on his underside so it was decided that an underside trim was needed so this doesn't happen. 💟💟

I gave the rest of his coat a good comb through, trimmed his claws and cleaned his ears. After his groom he did some lovely poses so I just had to take a photo 😻😻

Luna had her maintenance groom with me recently, she's a new mum so I think she was happy to have a bit of a break from her mothering duties! 🥰🥰

Luna's fur wasn't too bad, she was a bit more willing to stay on the table for this groom. I gave her fur a good comb through, trimmed her claws and cleaned her ears. She loved having the lick e Lix as a reward after her groom 😋😋

Luna was pretty relaxed after her groom, I think she was ready to go back to her kittens 😻😻

This is Pop Pop, he's 14 years old and this was his first professional groom. Pop Pop had some small patches of matting and has quite a dense coat so the groom wasn't easy for him. 💟💟

I gradually clipped the mats in between combing through his coat, the trickiest mats to remove were on his stomach. With a bit of time and his dad keeping him calm, Pop Pop let me clip those hard to reach areas. 🐾😺

I'm going to visit Pop pop again later in the year to keep on top of his fluffy coat; hopefully it'll be a much easier groom ❤️❤️

Lilybob had her groom with me recently, she's always a very good girl during her grooms. With her being a larger girl she struggles with grooming the far away areas. 💟💟

I gave Lilybob a thorough comb through, she had a hygiene clip too and I trimmed her claws. Her dad was there during the groom to make sure she remained calm. 🥰🥰

After the groom Lilybob didn't hang around for a photo session so her dad sent me one of her relaxing later in the day. 😻😻
